“Wonderful Treatment”

When we arrived at the Excalibur, we were given a room that wasn't as high as we would have liked, and didn't have the best of views. I asked if it was possible to change rooms the next day? The desk man said to call in the morning after 11:00 am, and they would see what they could do. The next morning, a person from the front desk called me and offered a room on the 11th floor, overlooking the strip. She sent a bellman to help us with our luggage. I thought that was very considerate. The rooms were very nice, clean, and very nicely decorated. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Excalibur!

“Really Enjoyed Our Stay”

The hotel wasn't as busy as some of the bigger hotels in Vegas (we were there Memorial Day weekend). We didn't have any trouble getting a drink at the bar whenever we wanted and all of the staff were very friendly. The room was plain but fine (clean and comfortable). I would stay there again.

“Minor change within the room required”

The hotel room needs a full length mirror. Also a larger mirror with easy access in the room area. The mirror in the room area was partially blocked by the hanging lamp and table.

“Ready to return!”

This was our fourth trip to Vegas and the first staying at Excalibur. Check in was quick and check in clerk was extremely helpful. We had requested a room with a view of the strip and were accommodated with it. All staff were extremely helpful, cheerful and very pleasant to visit with. We would definitely stay at the Excalibur again. VIVA LAS VEGAS

“Can't wait to go back.”

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was excellent. Location was close to others and the monorail helped when our legs got tired. We highly recommend this place.

“Had a good time”

It was my first time to Vegas and we chose the Excalibur for a combination of the theme and the price. The room was quite comfortable and we were quite happy. The only things I would note about this hotel is that the room doesn't have a fridge and that it's on the south end of the strip (so be prepared for a fair bit of walking).
