“Great place to stay !!!”

We had a 2 bedroom unit. One king size and one queen size. Both beds were very comfortable.The Condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was much better than staying in a motel. The only thing I didn't like was there is no phones in the units but that's not a big deal as we have cell phones. Also there was no TV's in the bedrooms this took some getting use to since I am use to sleeping with the TV on.Other than that the place was fantastic. We will stay again on our next trip to Vegas which probably will not be long because our youngest Son and his wife live there.

“Great non-casino hotel”

Stayed in an extremely spacious 2 bedroom, fully furnished kitchen/living room. 4 minute walk to Palms and Rio casinos. Rio has a free shuttle to Ceasars Palace and Paris, so getting to the strip was amazingly easy (no cab required). Highly recommend this hotel.

“way beyond expectations, hidden jewel!!!”

The room was georgous, it is a little walk to the Rio and Palms, but it is the cleanest and most outfitted hotel that ive seen in a long time!!

I'd rather stay here than any hotel on the srip, felt like home away from home, clean rooms, plasma tv's, just like an apartment, loved it.

Went to Vegas for a show, wanted to stay away from the gambling machines and loud crowds... can't believe the deal of this mini resort, the rooms are nicely furnished and clean. Do take your food since it is a mini condo, and the AC is not really great.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Actually more of an apartment than a hotel, with kitchen and living room. If you are spending several days to a week in Las Vegas, this is definitely the place to stay.

“Great deal”

Stayed here w/a group of ~20 spread out among multiple units. Rooms were clean and in relatively good condition. Price was great and so was the location (short walk to the strip or to the palms). Would stay here again.

I was very satisfied with the room and how close it was to the palms and the rio and it was very clean and the staff was great

The apartments were great. the staff was wonderful and very helpful. Security was great. My family had a wonderful time. We had 2 places 1 was a 3 bedroom the other was a 2 bedroom. the both were roomy and clean what a great place
