“NASTY, DIRTY HOTEL”
We planned to stay 6 nights, we stayed one night. We will NEVER stay at this place again. The room was dirty. We had to wear shoes in the room or our feet got dirty. The floor tiles were loose and the grout was coming up. My daughter was up all night caughing. This place was nasty. I would not send my worst enemy to this place! The fridge did not work. The hotel did not have any extra blankets for the hide a bed. This was our first time in Vegas and now we know to NEVER EVER stay at this dump again
“Horrible Service”
This is a horrible place. You cannot check in neither before 9.00 am nor after 11.00 pm. There is absolutely no room service. The internet was not working for the entire stay inspite having paid money for the same. I had lost my keys and when I went back the security did not have spare keys. Thankfully i found the keys but for which I would have had to sleep in my car. The only good thing about the place is that its really spacious and big (like an apartment house). It is also quite a bit far from the strip. So if you really dont have a choice abbut to sleep in the car, only then choose this place
“I would rather sleep at street than this hotel!”
It was awful, I have driven back at 3am, I would never sleep there, my whole body was itching due to the disgusting dirty place. Let's start from hall way, they were 2 big trash bag, the water coming from the trash toward our room entrance, carpet has lots of nasty stains of blood, trash or what ever u can't imagine. TV wasn't flat screen as it shows in photo & manager told us they have never had one, it was an old fashion small 21" TV without any input connection divice. Kitchen have no supplies, no coffee maker, no pot, nothing, just 4 glasses that were so dirty & U don't want ur dog even drink in it. They were a dish in over not washed yet. The AC had very strong noice that U can't sleep, the fan wasn't working, no cleansare in bathroom. The most disgusting was bathroom that I had thrown up & decide to check out, the toilet bowl wasn't washed, around toilet bowl, U could see blood and sh... towels were almost black, not enough linen & pillow; however they ones they had were so dirty. Finally I should say I would rather sleep at street than this hotel.
“As Filthy As They Come”
Fellow travelers, I don’t have much time to give you the long version of my story, but in short all I have to say is that if cleanliness is important to you or if you are taking a female partner or kids with you on this trip, DO NOT stay there. Basically you do not need black light to discover the filth. It’s all over the place. I only had to stay there for one night. I could ignore the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the receptionist, but I just could not stand the filth. I didn’t dare to sleep under the sheets. I slept with my cloths on and didn’t use any covers and still could not fall asleep because I was constantly thinking of what I was laying down on. The carpet was extremely dirty. I can go on and on, but will stop right here.
“Do Not Stay At This Hotel!!”
This hotel was the WORST we've EVER stayed at. The room had a old musty smell to it and there were a lot of repairs that needed to be done to the room (missing grout, chipping paint, damaged baseboards, etc.) There were only 2 pillows which were flat as pancakes, 2 large towels (which apparently were supposed to last the whole weekend since they don't have room service), our room number was written on the door with sharpie, there was a spa which was filthy and had trash floating in it, there was only 1 regular cup, 2 spoons, 1 fork, I could go on and on...and they charge a resort fee!! I don't know what they're spending it on but it certainly isn't going to groundskeeping or fixing up the room. Do not stay at this hotel...the pictures are very deceiving and you will not be satisfied with your stay. If I could rate this hotel less than a 1 I would of.
“mansoor”
The reception was not receptive at all. The room looks much nicer in the photos. There was some blood stain in the closet, there was not enough utinsils in the kitchen, there was not enough blankets and pillows; and when I requested from the reception, they just simply ignore it because it was 9 pm and house keeping had left the hotel!!! On top of it, the people at reception were very impolite. I booked my room for 3 nights, however, I left it after one night. In one word, It was my WORST experience I had ever had in a hotel, even worse than places like remore area in Afghanistan.
“Stay away from this hotel!”
Hotel looked much nicer in pictures. Very run down with personell at front desk having a bad attitude. If Desert Tides would take some time to revitalize there hotel, then it could be a nice place. I experienced, Bad attitudes when asking for help, Door knobs where falling off on 3 doors, carpet very dirty and stained, Electrical wire from T.V. was bare. Door locks wouldn't work. I definetely would rather stay at other hotels offered by Expedia. But not this one.
“its a great hotel”
this hotel is in great walking distance of the strip
“Not impressed.”
Its cheap but not great. If you have money ..go somewhere else. - Modem was not available in the room as told in the reception - Modem setup was itself a big project with the cable company. - Lamps were missing from the room on check-in - TV Remotes were not working properly - We requested a non - smoking room but we felt that we were given smoking room (smelt like smoking) - The Windows were dirty .
“For a 24-hour city, this is no 24 hour hotel”
Room was fine- no expectations of the room other than that it would be clean and close to the Palms where we had friends staying. Location was fine. However- there isn't anyone in the office to get a hold of in case of a lost key, or in my case, my key wouldn't work! It was after 7 am when I finally was able to get hold of an employee to fix my key and get me into my room. Then he told me that they always have problems with their keys. Would I stay here again for the price? Probably- two rooms at a cheap price makes it a very cheap vacation.
