“I recommend this hotel if you are visiting Las Vegas”

This hotel is all we read about it and more. Is very well located, with nice and quiet rooms, remarkably clean. Great service from everybody in the staff. Enough food for breakfast and even some snaks for a rest by the pool in the afternoon. The rooms have anything you may need to cook your own meal if you 'd like to. There is no casino but you really don´t need one as the idea of being in Las Vegas is to visit all of them and seightseen around. We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel and would certantly go back if we visit Las Vegas again.

“Great Family Place”

A great hotel that's close to the strip. Very clean. Complimentary breakfast was great! Manager's reception was good too! We took three kids to this hotel without any problems. Rooms were very spacious, well-equipped and very clean.

“DR: A great place to meet”

The double room condo style rooms were perfect for our group of 11 (2 rooms). The staff at the DR was very accommodating - they gave us a late check out time and early check-in (must be in part due to the economy-not fully booked). They also offered happy hour (when we were there the bartender didn't show up on Friday, so it was canceled and no happy hour on Saturdays) and the continental breakfast were nice perks. The location is on the south end of the strip, an easy walk to the MGM (I recommend dancing at Studio 54)!

“Very enjoyable stay at Desert Rose Resort”

We really enjoyed our stay at the Desert Rose Resort. OK, it isn't as glitzy as some of the other hotels on the strip but it's clean, quiet, comfortable and extremely good value for money - especially as a buffet breakfast is included in the price. (There's also a "happy hour" with free drinks nearly every day.) We had a one bedroom suite comprising a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom/vanity unit and bathroom. There were two televisions: one in the lounge and another in the bedroom. Apart from the bathroom (which was rather small) we really appreciated the space - much more than you'd usually get in an average hotel - as we could spread out and relax at the end of the day. We liked the kitchen too as you could save money on meals by bringing in your own food. However, if you wanted to do this you would need a car as there were no food outlets within walking distance. The location of the hotel is another plus; in a quiet street just off the strip and only about ten minutes' walk to the monorail at the MGM Grand. The staff members we encountered were great - really helpful and friendly. We thorougly recommend this place.

“Just what I was looking for”

Desert Rose was just what we needed this time around in Vegas. Conveniently located just around the corner from the strip, next door to the Hooters hotel. We were all sceptical of all the extremely possitive reviews, but trust me, it is a great place to stay. The units are roomy and well equipped. Don't expect the glamour of the big Vegas hotels. After spending plenty time on the strip, you'll be glad to come back to your special place at the Desert Rose.

“Bon hotel.”

Cet hotel sans casino à queques mètres du trip, est donc bien placé. Petit déjeuner correcte, les suites sont géniales surtout pour de nombreuses familles ( nous sommes nous même cinq). Je le recommande fortement.
