“hard to find - even Garmin got lost”

Garmin failed me, but the first place I stopped to ask pointed out the way. Clean, comfortable, warm cookies during check-in. Private business center with speedy internet connections.

“Clean, comfortable, convenient”

This hotel is very convenient to the Sunset area of Henderson, NV. It is clean, fairly new, comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

For the price it was a good deal that included many extras that others charge for. Very clean throughout. Only issues were blankets and spread should be replaced more often. They seemed old and used - a little icky. Would have liked a safe in the room instead of at lobby front desk. Internet in the room worked but very hard to get on. Had to call for help each time. Staff friendly and helpful if you ask otherwise they leave you alone. All in all would go back with the family.

“Not Bad”

Not a bad little hotel. The location is great w/ plenty of surrounding restaurants (many open 24/7). The suite was okay, a lot smaller than I expected. The bed linen was like tissue paper...both in texture and thickness. One of my biggest complaints was that the iron was tethered to the ironing board. I know it's not a big deal, but traveling for business every week, it's little things like this that bother me. They do have a 24/hr. fitness center which was very nice, and a decent breakfast as well!

“Confused staff and overbooked hotel”

Upon check-in, I was given a room right next to an elevator. When I asked to move to another room that is further away from the elevator, I was told that the hotel was sold out and I could stay in the new room for only one night. So, instead of securing room(s) for all three nights as I booked, the confused staff simply changed my stay from 3 nights to 1 night. As a result, I was left with no hotel rooms for the 2nd and 3rd nights, which I found out on the 2nd day. In a summary, the hotel staff were not very good at what they do. No manager was on site to fix the problems that the lower level staff created (checked me earlier than I wanted).
