“stateline rooms are waayyyyy better!!!!”

I'm am not hard to please, I would actually think a Motel 6 room as being decent, but this hotel was AWFUL!!! The room was very old and extremely damaged. I would not have been surprised to see any bugs there. Sign by thermostat in side room stated heater only works in winter and air condition only works in summer, but it was cold an heater blew cold air. I complained about heater and was only given extra thin blankets I had to request 2 on top of the 2 I already had!! The rug was dirty looking and the drawers were shredded on the corners. The drapes didn't work and were so filthy I wouldn't touch them!! WORST HOTEL EVER!! No One should stay here. Again , this coming from someone Easy to please. Buffalo Bill's had better rooms, that's sad considering that's a pretty old and inexpensive hotel. To all those out there STAY AWAY!!! I even checked the reviews for Clarion and thought it was probably not that bad, Boy was I wrong. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!

“Not coming back”

I was relocated to this hotel and did not like it at all. Rooms were not look clean and overall the hotel did not look nice.

“Don't Do It”

The room I had, was suppose to be non smoking, yet there was cigarette burns in the carpet and the carpet was in horrible condition. The room had a strong odor to it. I used ½ a can of Febrez to cover it up. I tried to change to another room in the same hotel chain, they would not do it. They had pre-charged my credit card for the whole stay and would not refund it. I came home with a repertory infection. I will never use this Hotel chain again!
