Hotel and room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet needed to be replenished more often as they ran out of many items and it took a while before they brought more out.

At 8:30 am after waiting for the elevator which was not working well, we finally got back to our 3rd floor room to have both of our keys not work. Going back down to the front desk, the receptionist was not surprised as he said that sometimes the keys stop opening the doors earlier than they should. Check out is at 11am.

Breakfast was exceptional and appropriate to the location: not only eggs and sausage, but red and green chili to put on the eggs, and tortillas in case you wanted to make a burrito or similar.

It was a nice location how ever we asked for a quiet room and we got a room right along the freeway. Not the best night sleep but we made the best of it

We travel frequently and I always look for Best western or Holiday Inn express. This is a nice best western. I appreciated the fruit to pick from at check in - we were starving. Its the little things. Breakfast was amazing except one thing = NO Flavored creamer. I haven't been to a free breakfasst hotel with no flavors of coffee creamer in a long time. This would be so easy. Its one thing that was very disapointing.

I liked the gym was 24 hours. The chocolate waffles were amazing ! They had great breakfast options. It was quiet. Staff was nice and helpful And they had a water fountain that was awesome. You could fill Your bottles with purified water. And the heater worked great in the room! I have no complaints

Checked in for a quick visit with family. Check in was fast, our room was clean and free of any smells. The hotel was quiet and our beds was comfortable after a long drive.

I liked the room we got. It was clean and spacious. We were on the first floor but this place had an elevator and I would of took a room on the second floor if I knew. I hate lugging baggage up stairs. The breakfast was very good. Except we would of appreciated pork sausage or bacon instead of turkey sausage.

The room was quite large, and the air conditioner was great! The outside was okay, lots of rocks and a weedy area with trash to walk the dog. Not great, but we've seen worse. The town was pretty awful. Thank goodness for delivery from Domino's pizza.

After an all day drive arrived at 5:30 pm. Took fifteen minutes to get checked in and elevator was broken. Only available rooms were on third floor. After climbing three floors with luggage and large dog, neither of the keys worked. Back to the front desk, for new keys. Door still would not unlock. Back to front desk to get a refund and move to a different hotel. Desk clerk came up and after many attempts was able to open door. We were promised a partial compensation for the inconveniences but did not get one.

Our stay is always pleasant. However in our bathroom, the tiles were falling off the sides and the floor tiles were completely loose and could potentially pinch someone’s feet. Needs maintenance for sure.

While the variety of selections at vreakfast was great, the only meat was turkey sausage. Furthermore, all the foid was cold even the gravy and green and red sauce in a separate server. I told the desk person whi checked but found the devices hot. This doesnt explain the problem. We ate within minutes of the buffet being open

Always nice stay
Always a great stay when we are in the area for church camp. S[pacious room with nice bed linens and updated bathroom. Very clean also. Pillows were a little too thick for my preference - may want to give a thinner pillow a try. Overall, we book here anytime we are in the area.

The hot breakfast was very good, and had red and green chili:) The lobby had a filtered cold water bottle filling station, so refreshing. The beds are always so comfortable, and rooms so quiet, no problem sleeping in.

Great Stay
The hotel & room were clean & well kept. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, orange juice, apple juice. They had tortillas, salsa, green chilies. We LOVED the French Vanilla cappuccino!

Lack of amenities
This is the second year in a row that their swimming pool is off-limits and also their TVs were not working in our room, but they were working in other hotel rooms. Staff did not do anything to accommodate to fix those TVs.
