Central to the whole stripPosted 1-Oct-2014
Great hotel, gorgeous facilities. Staff didn't seem overly interested however to go the extra mile to further the experience.

Excellent, as always.Posted 30-Sep-2014
Location: Only queued 10 mins to get into Gold & Silver (Pawn Stars). For breakfast head to Eggs and I on West Sahara Avenue.
Stayed in the Spa Tower on this trip and it's much more convenient for the pool + still had great view of fountains and hotels opposite.

Amazing hotel right in the middle of the StripPosted 29-Sep-2014
Vegas is a must do.. It never sleeps we renewed our wedding vows at Viva Las Vegas Chapel. We did not do a lot of gambling but there is so much to do great fountain show at Bellagio. Recommend the High Roller Ferrris Ride and indoor Gondola ride at the Venetian.

felt like royalty, even though the hotel was extremely busy, the layout, staff and size made the hotel feel personal, friendly and cosy

Great for couplesPosted 29-Sep-2014
My partner and I stayed at the Bellagio for six days. I booked the Bellagio as I was told it was the best hotel in Vegas & more synonymous with couples. To provide a laconic synopsis; reception was impressive although not as impressive as some of the others, e.g. Caesar's Palace. Casino was pleasant and more traditional than some of the larger casinos, pool was nice with a seemingly Roman feel, room was spectacular with amazing views of the fountain (water display is close to stunning), amenities are very good with a more up market vibe, however we did eat at the two-star michelin restaurant and it did not come close to the michelins we have eaten at in London, although it did come with the price tag. The staff were great 95% of the time although there was one rude lady on reception and once when we were at the pool, I moved a sun umbrella for my partner because she can suffer from blisters if she is exposed to direct sunlight for too long; I was told that I had moved it from the private pool and I had to return it. When I pointed out that it was the last hour that the pool was open, there were no free umbrellas, there was one person in the private area with thirty free umbrellas and my parter has an extreme sun allergy, he still took it from me. I personally see this as disgraceful customer service. That said, the vast majority of the staff were very pleasant. All in all, the Bellagio is a fantasic place to stay, located centrally and is particularly ideal for couples

The BellagioPosted 29-Sep-2014
Pros: the seasonal displays were beautiful, the casinos were spacious, security was premium, the pools were great.
Cons: The attitude of the staff at the front lobby and concierge desk, not all was bad but it only takes one to sour your stay.
Location: the bellagio has a water display which everyone wants to see, then you are across from Paris where the Jersey Boys are playing. many nightclubs
I was disappointed with my stay at the Bellagio. I expected a bigger room that what I recieved. The view from my room was between two buildings. When I asked for a upgrade I ws told that I didn't spend enough for the room to warrent a upgrade. That was communicated to me in a very snotty attitude. I wanted to leave a envelope for someone that was staying at another hotel, but with time constraints to get to the airport I couldn't drop it off myself. Again I was told in a snotty way that if it wasn't for a guest of Bellagio that they couldn't hold it. So my friends missed out on a lot of free shows.

Great Location for a Wedding!Posted 29-Sep-2014
Pros: Loved the location. This is a luxurious hotel, beautiful rooms that are big and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing! Keep up the good work!
Location: Close to the new High Roller Ferris Wheel at the Linq (don't miss it!) Location is great in the center of the strip.
We attended our daughter's wedding and it was wonderful! The Terrace was a beautiful location, and we will have many wonderful memories. Enjoyed dinner at Sensi and really impressed our guests. Superb! The fountain show is spectacular! We enjoyed every minute of our time at Bellagio!
