We choose the Bellagio for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The property is beautiful and eloquently designed. We loved the walk through the garden and gorgeous surroundings. Throughout our 6 night stay, the service for our lroom was lackluster, and, honestly, it was frustrating and at times. We had to repeatedly reprint keys which was super inconvenient. At times, the digital key on my phone wouldn’t work. When calling for assistance, service members on the phone lacked support skills in trying to resolve the issue in a manner which I would have expected from this level of resort. After I suggested someone in maintenance to check out the lock, the maintenance support assisted and was helpful and offered a food credit. That was generous. In addition, we had rowdy neighbors for two nights, and our only offer was to move rooms. The first night we called security. It was a slow response. Once they came up, the party continued to be loud for awhile after. The second night when they revved up. I went to the front desk which I had to wait to speak to someone which after speaking to several people, we basically were offered to move rooms. I will say that we disregarded these incidents and made the most of our time together. I just expected a higher level of service.

We called the dirty room because we needed towels and soap to bathe and they never arrived. The room was dirty and we found pieces of nails on the carpet.

Air conditioning in room was not working. Had it set to lowest possible setting and we were very hot. Room felt very stuffy. Expected more from such a great reputation of a hotel.

Bellaggio has remained a staple. It’s just so busy with non residents but then again that’s Vegas. I also HATE that there’s smoking in the casino.

There was construction at the hotel had we known that would've never booked a room there, not only was our first morning horrible due to the construction at 8 in the morning but our last night was were awoken by construction at 3:30 I'm the morning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unless you’re a vip this hotel is way too big for you to feel special but it was a bucket list for me so I stayed for one night,if you’re looking for something budget friendly & intimate,the Bellagio might not be your best option,however it’s convenient & lively with tons restaurants & shops

We enjoyed our stay however we didn’t see any staff checking on us at all. They gave us the room on a smoke free floor which we didn’t choose and wasn’t satisfied with ! Although no one asked if we’re ok or not ! We really suffered from the smoking smell.

Beautiful. It made my mom feel like she was special on her 75th birthday. The Bellagio is the perfect location on the strip and also takes the kind of care for its guests that would make you think yuh were the most important people in the city. We love the elegance, the fact that it doesn’t smell like a smoky casino as the other hotels do and we LOVE LOVE LOVE the conservatory.

Using the MGM mobile app made it so easy to check-in…We checked in within minutes, while a lot of people were standing in long lines to check-in. Big tip for people is to use the mobile app.

The property, staff, etc. are 1st class. We arrived April 7 on my 75th birthday. The check in employee presented me with a rose and $200 restaurant coupon. We used it at the buffet and again I received a special dessert and employees singing happy BD. Bellagio is the absolute best. The "tea party" spring theme was unbelievable.

We booked this property to spend our 25th anniversary, also booking a nice dinner with a view of the fountains a month before the date, reconfirming a few days before the date. On the afternoon of our anniversary I received a text saying there was a minimum spend of 175 per person to which I responded that was fine. We arrived at the restaurant to be told that there was a private function so no seating out by the fountain so we said okay can you seat us by a window, the answer; no but you can wait two hours for one, the lady seating us was even snarky about it, thankfully our server was great and the meal was good but super disappointed sitting facing a blank wall by the bar watching a baseball game on the TV wasn't the vibe we had planned on, other things as well as no flowers in the room upon arrival, parking cards not working, filthy windows in the room. Super shocked and disappointed. Upon booking our 4 nights I received an email asking if we were celebrating anything special and if they could assist with dinner reservations or anything, I replied and booked so to arrive and have all things go wrong and no concern from super uncool. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere instead of dropping several thousand dollars only to be treated like an inconvenience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bellagio. My new favorite place to stay in Las Vegas. Overall the staff were incredible, however, we had a negative interaction with the staff at the Gelato Cafe. Extremely rude staff there…no customer service whatsoever. However, the Spa team, pool and restaurant staff were extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this resort. Also, the Yellowtail and Spaga restaurants are amazing! If you must pick one, do the Yellowtail.

Much more cramped that other properties we walked through and it felt rundown. They need to upgrade the ventilation system. I realize it’s Vegas but it was not a pleasant stay.
