Check in was the best part, had a friendly young lady tend to us. Was quick and efficient. Room was clean and stocked, but as we were looking for an air pods holder my daughter found a dirty sock from the previous guests I would assume. We requested toilet paper the second night and they were not able to deliver it due to not enough staff on duty per reception. Only reason I would recommend is the centralized location for the different venues we had to visit.

Came for a concert so the area was pretty close to the stadium and there is a lot of accessible amenities in the area. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean

Booked this hotel when I was driving to the property. When I arrived there was a former inmate walking around outside in his jumpsuit. When I went into the lobby he walked in after me. My wife was waiting in the vehicle with our daughter and did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel. We tried to cancel but because we were within the 24 hr window the manager told me we could not get our money back. I told her about the situation and she said it’s not unsafe here and he must have just needed to use the bathroom. Didn’t get our money back and we went to a much nicer place for what would have only been $40 a night more. I will never recommend this hotel or this area of town to anyone. Very sketchy area.

There was blood on the mattress. Staff stated no additional rooms were open. Was moved until the following day. The mattress was not cleaned. Bathroom floor was wobbly. Room did not look clean at all.

This is a very nice and comfortable property located next to the outlet mall near McCarran Airport. It's convenient to food and gas, too. I really appreciated the affordability, too.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was older and a few things did not work quite right, like the shower curtain, but it was nothing major or that detracted from our enjoyment of our time.

Dog piss smelling room
The check in was smooth and very nice in great customer service. As soon as I walked into the room I got blown away with muggy Dog pee smell. Think gonna had a room spray. There was a noise coming from the refrigerator it was very disturbing at night. You could not even walk barefoot on the floor because it had red stains did not know if it was blood or if it was marker or paint it was disgusting the rugs need to be washed. The air conditioner Was not working that well.

This was the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. No soap, shampoo, or amenities of any kind. Only had 2 towels, 1hand towel and 1 washcloth. They didn’t clean the room the first day so we asked if we could get it cleaned and they said they only clean every 3rd day. Floor was filthy gross. Shower wouldn’t turn off and leaked the whole time. Breakfast was the exact same every day. I know it’s free but come on! Change it up a little

Our toilet, sink, and tub all were clogged, our bedroom walls were dirty and the bathroom was dirty and all they gave us back was like $40 for the inconvenience for a 4 night stay. Run away from this place

Rooms were not cleaned properly and there was no hot water! After driving 18 hours all I wanted was a hot shower. Couldn’t reach anyone at night couldn’t reach anyone in the morning. Can’t call to complain in person you have to do it online. Don’t stay here unless you like cold showers, dirty rooms and no staff to be found for assistance!

Very clean and good location. It gets a 4 because the toilet had a slight running water sound which was solved by keeping the bathroom door shut while sleeping. The refrigerator went tick, tick, tick ALL the time. Very annoying. We didn't notice it until we went to bed and it was quiet. Otherwise we would have asked for another room. Only stayed two nights for sleeping. Visited family for the holiday. Would stay again but would check on these 2 things before unpacking.
