“I'll be back.”
We were upgraded to the north tower, with great views. Had a great time doing every thing. Had big plans but, had too much fun doing things we accidentally happened upon, there always seems like there is something happening in Vegas.
“Most comfortable beds on our trip”
Loved the variety of slots, good food at the restaurants and premier service. We will definitely go back to Bally's.
“Great Location , Excellent Service and Good Value for the money”
Staff were very accommodating when my room wasn't ready. I was upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge. The location is great. It's in the middle of the " strip" therefore, you could walk everywhere. The hotel is connected to the Paris Hotel, therefore a variety of selection of eating places. The price range is from cheap and hearty eats, to the expensive. There is something for everyone. The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly.
“A great deal for your money.”
Although the south tower room was older it had everything you needed. (clean and roomy.) Bally's Steak house was wonderful. Very accomodating. Pascal the Matre'd was great!. His customer serviece skills are the BEAT!!!. We would difinitely go back there!!!!
“First time on the Strip”
Have always stayed downtown at the Golden Nugget but chose Bally's for a family get together. Very convenient location if the Strip is your thing. Stayed in the North Tower which is supposed to be the better option and the room was spacious and well appointed but the carpet could have been cleaner. The housekeepers did a great job but the carpet is very dusty around the edge of the room and along the edges in the halls. Just makes it look a bit shabby. Also the wooden vanity in the bathroom was peeling paint. We were supposed to be on a non smoking floor but the smell of smoke was strong whenever the HVAC system came on. It must have been circulating smoky air from other floors or people were not respecting the non smoking on our floor. Restaurants were nice, good selection, great Thai restaurant. Casino staff very friendly and helpful.
“Good Value”
Clean room, near Bellag and Caesars. Room service was fast and the food was good. Only challenge was the check in process not easy or efficent, everything else was great.
“Good value”
Large spacious room with newly renovated bathroom. Convenient location, lots of good eateries in the hotel and close by. Only negative comment would be that the drinking glasses in the room were absolutely gross with smudges and smears on them - they are not cleaned and sanitized - looked like the cleaning staff just gave them a wipe with their cleaning rags....they also had a sour smell when you took off the "paper lid" to use them. Would recommend bringing along your own plastic glasses. Otherwise a good experience.
“Underwhelmed”
Very dated furnishingings (think dark 80s wood laminate). Clean overall, but the shower had mold growing in the tile grout, and the shower head was a joke; it sprayed everywhere and yet, somehow, had hardly any pressure. The shower door was not sealed very well; we would end up with a puddle of water on the floor outside the shower each time we used it. The locating was great - right across from the Bellagio. The staff was very helpful during the check-in process; they worked hard to make sure our group of friends were able to all stay on the same floor.
“Very good Vegas hotel”
Everything was outstanding except for my last 15 minutes there waiting to check out at 5:45 am with only one clerk on duty. At the price of the room it was fabulous value for your money, cant beat it.
“needs modernizing”
no wifi, extremely dated furnishings. someone tell them it's 2011.
