“Just what I needed”
I was in Henderson for a Seminar. The hotel was within walking distance of my meeting. At the end of the day I walked back to my room sat out on my patio and relaxed while enjoying a view of the lake. You are within walking distance of the village which has a casino, restaurants and some interesting shops.
“not worth the upgrade”
I was so excited to actually "not be cheap" and get an upgrade with a view room. NOT WORTH IT. I tried to let the front desk know and I called the manager when checking out with no response. The facility and area are very nice but this was an unsurmountable letdown.
“Tucked away, quite location, limited services”
As locals of Las Vegas we decided to not drive home after a Wine Tasting tour in the Lake Las Vegas Village. The hotel is located directly in the village with the main tower located next to the casino and directly in the Village and the Luna Tower is across the water looking into the Village. We had studio room 337 East in the Luna Tower which had a nice lake view and overlooking the pool. The studio had many more amenities than we would ever need for our one night stay and we thought this would be ideal for longer stays. The only down fall is that is not much in the area so you will visit the Village every morning for good coffee and try out the restaurants but after a couple of nights you may start to run out of choices or may decide to cook in your unit.
“Nice Place - Not Special”
Our room was clean and comfortable, but nothing special. The overall resort area is nicely developed and there are a number of what appear to be good restaurants. Unfortunately, the spa in the pool area was closed for maintenance. We stayed here after a couple days in Las Vegas because we wanted to do some sightseeing at Hoover Dam and Lake Meade. The resort suited that purpose, but I do not know who would want to come here unless they were just trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. This location does not strike me as a "destination." We were a bit surprised by a resort fee that was added to what we had already paid Expedia. After further examination, I did find mention of it in the fine print in our Expedia itinerary. All in all, our room at Cesar's Palace was nicer and less expensive. I doubt that we will come back here. There are too many other nicer places to vacation.
“Very nice but quiet condo/hotel”
The condo/hotel was very nice. The kitchen in our studio had everything we needed. The ice maker did not work, but there was an ice machine available. The area was quaint but many of the shops in the village area were empty or closed. I would definitely stay there again if I had another meeting in the area. It is a little too far from the strip to stay there if you are really going to Las Vegas for that type of entertainment.
“I live in Summerlin but i love to go to the Aston It is such a beautiful place”
I love the aston at the lakes it's very nice place , would recommend it
“Stay Elsewhere”
Inconvenient location, no toiletries, cleaning person turned the shower head out (so that when I turned on the water it sprayed me) and set my alarm for 12am both nights. No kidding! I've never written a negative review but this place was not that great for the money and the experience with the shower and alarm was just weird!
“Wish I stayed somewhere else”
Where we checked in was a mile away from our actual rooms. They put my business partner in a seperate tower, considering we were about the only guests I don't know why. This area is a ghost town should have stayed on the strip.
“We will go back next year. I can't wait!!”
The resort is absolutely beautiful! I t was very clean, and staff was very nice. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Our only complaint was that the bridge over the lake was not lit up at night.
“can't wait for a return visit, hope to come for Christmas”
I am not good at this, all I can say is it was a wonderful experience, The Aston was wonderful, clean nice view, beautiful surroundings, can't wait to visit over the Christmas Holidays.

Lake Las Vegas, Nevada, United States of America: Like The Strips glitz and the glamour, the 320-acre Lake Las Vegas is wholly man-made. Upscale, Mediterranean-style casinos, golf resorts, and private villas ring the waters edge. Although large, Lake Las Vegas is a mere puddle compared to another nearby man-made lake: Lake Mead. Covering 247 square miles, Lake Mead is held in place by the Hoover Dam, a tourist attraction in its own right.
