“Horrible beds with springs that poke through”
Love the ambiance but in less you are there to party until dawn ont he weekend or hit the strip clubs ont he street, stay away.
“You will feel cooler just for staying here.....”
Hotel is really cool as far as decorating and such. A little less dark and it would still be cool...I promise. Pros: No cover into there bar/club, fun parties by the pool with dj and no cover for it either. Cons: Valet only for cars is lame, adult channel didnt work! haha no but seriously, can hear the club in your room till 6am and no ear plugs in the room as the lady told us, LONg walk to anything else funmaids didnt clean room but it was not like it was very messy. Overall, I would probably stay here again since it was fun and staff was cool and lax and cheaper than resorts. Whereas when we stayed at their other property Rumor they told us we couldnt bring in food or drinks into our room!
“Likely won't return”
This hotel has so much potential that it just doesn't live up to. The artistic feel of the hotel and rooms is awesome. Each room is decorated by a different artist. The aesthetics are really cool. However, coffee delivered to my room was brought in styrofoam and was horrible tasting. The milk for the coffee was brought in a plastic container that would be used for condiments. Did I mention that horrible coffee cost me $12? Food in the bar was brought out on a plastic plate with plastic utensils. I would expect this if the prices were cheap, but they were not. Oh, and the location is great if you want to be in close proximity to the strip clubs. Overall I was not impressed and I don't plan to return.
“You can get a much better hotel for just a bit more”
I don't recommend the hotel for the price. The rate price was good and the rooms although nicely decorated, the black walls were quite depressing. The bar/dance club was pumping the whole night and my older mother and I could hear it the whole night in the room. Furthermore, the entrance to the bar/dance club is right in the middle between the main door and the rooms elevator. Any time you go to your room at night, you have to struggle to get through to get to your room. There is no parking and you must Vale your car, it is not an option. It gets better. someone puke in the hall on our floor and it didn't get cleaned until much later.
“Not Impressed”
This hotel had tile floors. Which means you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway and everywhere else. When someone moved outside we heard it all. Not a good place to stay for that reason. The air conditioning unit would turn on at first and then it would randomly change temperature throughout the night and go to a warmer setting. Then it wouldn't even kick out air anymore. The bathroom shower curtain was not working as it should. There was no inside liner. There were not enough towels in the bathroom for 2 people to use it comfortably. There was no comforter on the bed which would have been nice. The curtains did not completely block out the lights from the city. So if you need darkness to sleep you should stay somewhere else.
“DONT TAKE A SANDWICH TO A BUFFET”
dont get me wrong the place is GREAT but for SINGLES. it is party central after 10pm and the DJ doesnt stop till 8 AM!!! the rooms are great its a beutiful place if you love to party!! and you u cant beat the price 2 nights for 100 bucks. and its sorta close to the strip and walking distance but close
“Party hotel”
I would recommend this hotel to the younger crowd. They have nightly parties at the bar and by the pool.
“Paul”
Hotel staff did not know what they were doing management avoided customers (did not call me back for 7 days had to call there corporate office to get a response
“BEWARE OF THIS DUMP”
BEWARE of this hotel. It is the worst of the worst. The noise from the pool and lounge is unbearably loud and goes till early morning so forget about getting any sleep. The hotel is very old and the air conditioners do not work. Prepare for a hot and noisy vacation if you choose this hotel. The staff is totally clueless and unprofessional. You will get many different answers to the same question. No one knows what is going on there and there is no manager. He quit! I'm not surprised. The service in the restaurant is a total joke. You will wait an hour for a meal when they are not busy. The restaurant manager is a liar and not qualified to manage even a hot dog stand. My vacation was ruined because we prepaid for our accomodations on expedia and was stuck in this dump. Do yourself a favor and do not stay at The Artisan. It's a horror.
“I'll back for sure =)”
I really enjoy being in this hotel
