“Best hotel in Ayia Napa”
A fantastic hotel suitable for all including weddings. We stayed for 4 nights half board and loved the food, room, pool and bar. The hotel is very modern and extremely clean. The staff are very friendly and helpfull. Top hotel.
“First Rate !!!”
My girlfriend and l have just returned from Cyprus. It's the second year in a row we've stayed there and the customer service, food, accomodation and overall ambience was excellent. You'd never know you were so central to Agia Napa and Paralimini and Protaras are a 10 minute drive away. If l was going back to Agia Napa l'd definitelty choose the Plaza again!!!

Napa Plaza was in a great loacation and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was also excellent and the atmosphere while dining outside was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel - pool view is amazing!
“Brilliant”
In the centre of the town with bars and restaurants with in easy reach. The beach is a short walk away. Room cleaned every day. bar and restaurant staff very attentive.

“Very nice hotel”
We arrived late but were greeted straight away and shown to our room which was as requested, top floor and pool view.Reception ladies were fantastic ! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable with extra padding on top of the matress. The furnishings were a little tired and the bathroom quite small, but this did not detract from the overall impression of a nice light clean and fresh smelling room,(which was excellently maintained during our stay with complimentary toiletries and fresh towels.The hotel had a lovely peaceful atmosphere, but as we were staying almost at the end of the season it was by no means full.This suited us as we like it to be quiet, but it did mean that several of the restaurants attached to the hotel were closed, so we were sorry not to have been able to try them. The one which we did try was excellent.. The food in the hotel was very good , fresh and plentiful. The chioce of food was wide and varied and constantly replenished. The public areas of the hotel were well maintained with plenty of space. There were occasional random outbursts of music from the bar area, which seemed to be when someone remembered to swithch the music system on, which we found rather amusing, but again we would be more than happy with perfect silence, but maybe we are just boring. Wi-fi is available at a charge, but I feel it should be provided free in the public areas.We would have sat in the bar with my laptop and had drink there but had to go to a local bar.

“Coolest hip hotel in ayia napa”
The Napa Plaza has it all.... Central position so no need for taxis for the reort, fantastic chill out pepper bar cafe which had a brilliant atmosphere as was so busy by 10.30pm with its own funky dj and plasma screen tvs everywhere showing fashion tv. Pool area beautiful and immaculately clean. Rooms are cool with contempory bathrooms and good air con systems which were needed as hot out there now (july 2007) Would recommend to couples& groups of friends, wouldnt say it was a family hotel as such. Definately best hotel in ayia napa better than previos 5 star hotels in ayia napa which we have previously stayed in. Recommend beautiful fish restaurant Limanki Tavern on the beach and Dragons Den Chinese restaurant across the road from hotel 5 mins walk and Zizzi Italian pizzeria next door to chinese restaurant. Black n white r n b club also. Enjoy.
“Very good value for money and perfectly located for nightlife!”
This hotel blew our minds. The location was perfect, 2 min walk to restaurants, and in the other direction was a 2 min walk to the cars and clubs at night. The room was brilliant, not huge, but adequate in size with a decent balcony. Was furnished very well, and of course air-conditioned. Breakfast was included, and pretty much had everything you would expect, from hot food to fresh fruit. The hotel also had a complimentary gym, although some of the equipment looked a bit tired. The pool was lovely though, and the hotel bar opened out into the street making access to the main walkway easy. The hotel also had underground/covered parking, which came in handy if you didn't want your car roasting in the sun all day. The best was just how inexpensive the room was, only costing about 70 Euros more for the whole week than other 3 star hotels. Was mightily impressed and wouldn't hesitate in going back next time around.
