“Great price, not bad hotel. I will go back”
The hotel was amazingly inexpensive, I can't really understand why. The conditions are similar to a youth hostel, except you get your own room. The breakfast is really basic, almost not worth mentioning. But the price is so low that you can skip it without flinching. At the time of our stay the Russian national bicycle team was using the place as their apartment. I was hesitant at first, we stayed there on two separate occasions and will certainly go back. A basic hotel, less than half the price of other places we stayed, and there weren't any real minuses, unless someone is looking for the comfort and feeling of something more.
“cheap & cheerful”
Whilst the room was very basic it had everything we needed, including full kitchenette facilities and ensuite bathroom and A/C. Pool and sauna also available. Could not fault anything other than no variation in breakfast choices. Good hotel, cheap and basic but very good value for money.
“Good for 2 stars!”
The hotel was nice for a 2 star hotel; very reasonable. The staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was simple, cereals or breads/cheeses, juice/coffee. The breakfast lady was very sweet. The rooms were simple with rather firm beds and pillows. Limited tv. I felt the bathroom should have been cleaner. The sink ran quite slow. The hotel is in a residential area but only a short walk to restaurants on the waterfront. Make sure to try Alexanders just down from the castle or Panos Steakhouse. Chris' is also great for souvlaki! Many residents of the hotel are there for winter/summer stay from Russia.
“Good cheap and clean”
Good Hotel for the price, about 10mins walk to the dinning/bars area and the castle/church, the staff where polite and the rooms clean nothing fancy small tv/fridge and cooking stuffs, but who stays in there room on holidays anyway
“No lock on the window?”
I had a good overall impression mainly because of the friendly hotel staffs although I was surprised to find no lock on the window facing the patio.
“We would use this hotel again!!”
The staff at the reception were very helpful. However, the staff never entered our room to change our towels or make our beds, the entire time we were there. The breakfast was great value for the money and we did enjoy the location of the hotel!! It gave us an excuse to do more walking, as we weren't that close to the beach. We would return without a problem, because this hotel was great value for our money!!
“Larco Hotel in April”
The hotel is close to the sea and local small shops and car rentals, quiet and convienient for the airport and the town and its beaches. The kitchen was OK but supply your own washing up liquid and pan scrub. The swimming pool and games rooms were OK
“OK not great”
The TV didnt work in the rooms and not enough blankets to keep warm at night. The airconditioning made such a noise you were better of switching it off. The staff were helpful and the distance to the beach was good.
“Too hot...”
t wasn't ready for the hot days...And I didn't like the breakfast and dinner procedure...People was not friendly.Except the reception ...She did her best (Cypriot receptionist.) Thank you anyway. I could come back. Without having meal.
