“Great hotel close to the border”
Overall the stay was great! The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet should be skipped if you have to pay. The WiFi worked but the internet connection was so slow that it took several minutes for Google to come up and was to slow to connect to my company's servers. I would definately stay here again.

I went to Laredo,TX for the I-20 stamp. I just need a place to stay for one day for a rest, since me and my boyfriend drove like 17 hours from Kansas City all the way there. We gotta drive back too!! The hotel was way better than I expected!! The weekend rate was a little bit higher for me, but it was worth it!!! The room was newly renovated, and my room got a big flat 32" screen TV!! The staff was very friendly :-) I asked them a lot of questions about where to eat and the information to cross the border. They were patient and helpful. We didn't get to use the pool because we were too tired. The breakfast buffet was around 17 USD for 2 people. The price was not bad. The food was good and the service was good too. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel!!!! If I have to go back again in Laredo, definitely stay again. Probably the week day rate will be more affortable for me!
“Found a new place to stay in Laredo!”
We visit Laredo and family at least twice a year and have not been able to find an overall great hotel until we stayed at Courtyard by Marriott. Clean, friendly, kid friendly pool, great location, great workout room...and the absolute best Breakfast buffet ever with eggs, bacon, biscuits, waffles, fruit, bagels, they had everything! Will stay here from now on each Laredo visit!
“Very Nice”
Hotel was very nice and clean. Appears almost new. Room was spacious and well appointed - only curious thing was TV was on a dresser at the side of the bed, not the foot - made watching TV in bed for two people a little awkward. There's a breakfast "buffet" for $7.50 - we didn't partake, looked a little sparse for the money. No local newspapers available in the lobby or machines.
“Wonderful Beds”
The beds were extremely comfortable & the rooms are very modern & up-to-date. I was disappointed with the cleaning staff as the coffee maker was not cleaned after our first night nor were coffee supplies restocked, luckily I wasn't in the mood for coffee again!! Overall a pleasant experience.
