“If you enjoy walking you'll love it”

We had a lovely stay, the food was good, the pool fantastic for our 4 year old, along with the play area. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If you enjoy walking this would be an ideal spot, as it is about a 25 minute walk to the main beach of Puerta Del Carman

“nice hotel”

really nice hotel,friendle staff,good entertainment,not far from old town in puerto del carmen,nice and quiet,lovely views of the mountains.

“Not really impressed”

Food was pretty Vin ordinaire. This isn't really a hotel as we know it, Jim. It is a series of appartments on 3 floors set in about an acre of land, in 2 sections split by a road. To go from reception to rooms you need to take stairs below the road and then back up again. Not suitable at all for disabled/less mobile visitors. The sea is indeed only 500m away, but via road to the beach it's more like 2km down a pretty steep hill. This is also where the main town is. All inclusive included buffet lunch and toasties at the pool bar, and free drink available all day. Not sure I agree with this format as when something is free, then it isn't valued and there are plenty of ignoranties who take advantage.
