“Short notes”

I had a positive experience at this hotel and will recommend to others. While not plush, I would describe this hotel as comfortable and nicely furnished. The service is very good and about right for this level of hotel. I found personnel to be helpful and pleasant. If I could change one thing, it would be the coffee in the room and the lobby. Next time I will bring my own!

“First time at this chain”

The room was great, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, and the hotel was very quiet. The in room internet connection worked perfectly. I did have to go find the counter person as she was in one of the corporate internet connection rooms, and there was no bell or anything to alert staff to late check in arrivals. Other than having a wired connection instead of WiFi, there is nothing negative I could say about the room. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was also very good. Actually, there is one negative thing I could say. The prices for the pay per view movies was way too high, and not enough TV/Cable channels to choose from.

“Two-night stay 4-6-12 to 4-8-12”

Good spot for parents of a baby - kitchenette to store milk, prepare bottles, wash and sanitize the bottles (the inclusion of a little bottle of dish soap is a nice touch). They provided a crib, and having a suite let us put the baby down in one room and not have to sit in the dark while he slept. One negative was that after we took the do not disturb sign off at about 11am, housekeeping never came in to clean up the room.

“Good hotel, convenient location”

I was at this hotel since I was participating in Lansdale Bike Night. It was a very convenient location. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and well appointed and the buffet breakfast was good.

“Bring your own pillows & couch cushions.”

The best description for the pillows are "soft rocks". The couch cushions were worse than that. There were sticky spots on the carpet that looked like gum. Comfort and cleanliness were not of utmost importance to hotel. Outside of the cleanliness & comfort, the rooms had potential of being like home... full refridgerator, microwave, etc. Overall was disappointed. Expected more with the Hilton name on hotel.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. Coffe pots were emplty and the staff was very slow to re-fill the mostly empty trays of food
