had a lovely long weekend at the ardsley my husband and i. The brekkie was fab also . Bearing in mind on my review i am quite fussy and would make a point if i thought the place was not up to standard but the room was clean maybe a little on the cramped side, but just what you need for a weekend away in blackpool we felt very comfortable in the room. The bedding was clean and fresh, and the bed very comfortable. It was nice to have a modern television and kettle in there. All in all considering a very reasonable price we will return to the ardsley the next time we come to blackpool. We where situated just a 10 minute walk from all the attractions. Glad we picked the ardsley. Will look forward to another trip back there later on in the year. just hope all the building work will be finished by then and the transport links will be up and running.

Stayed here for my wife's birthday, we booked double room with en-suite and were actually given a family room. Owners very pleasant, rooms clean and tidy, bit dated but it all adds to the character..full english breakfast very good.. there is a small bar but we never had time to have a beer..would stay again no probs, in a good location not to far from town centre....hey its blackpool it does what is says on the tin..as b&bs go this is a nice one....
