“Great Value”

The hotel was very conveniently located for where I needed to be and the price couldn't be beat. The only con I can really mention is that some of the doors stuck and took a little effort to open, but otherwise it seemed well maintained.

“It's a basic motel”

This is a motel that you would sleep and shower in and spend your money on your vacation

“Good value, decent neighborhood, no frills.”

This hotel is in a nice, residential area with decent access to bus stops and a long walk (or short drive) to the passenger rail station. No-frills room ammenities, but we felt it was a good value for the price. The folks at the front desk were very courteous and helpful with directions and local info.

“WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN”

THE CLERK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS SATISFACTORY AND ADEQUATE.

“Unpretentious Facility”

The accomodations were commensurate with the price. The location of the hotel is conveniently located to the downtown and east side. The facility offers free breakfast, a few cable channels (including HBO) and Wi-Fi. You'll feel comfortable walking around in the neighborhood. Restaurants and drug stores are plentiful. However, I was disappointed that my room had no phone. Normally, I would not have minded, but the minutes on my cell phone were low. Ask for a room with a phone before you go because I was told that phones had been removed from some of the rooms.

“Value for Price”

This hotel appears to be refurbishing its room. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a queen bed and love seat and desk. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, drug store, etc a block away. It is conveniently located to Progressive Field and downtown via freeway about 5-6 miles. The continental breakfast was OK with plenty of food even late. The TV was old and the picture on some of the limited number of channels was poor. The radio didn't work. The ice machine was broken and soda vending was empty. Overall, it was decent quality for the price. I would stay there again.

“Good deal for the money”

We decided to save money on this trip by staying a little outside of the city in Lakewood, and it worked out really well. The hotel was really a good bargain for the money and we had very easy access to downtown. Very comfortable and clean room--nicer than we expected. Our only complaint was the noise level. At night we heard a good deal of noise from the rooms above and beside us and in the halls. Overall, very happy with the experience and would stay there again.

“Great Staff - Great Trip”

The staff was great and the room was clean. The staff was friendly. I had an exceptional experience with this hotel. I'd return again soon.

“Maids must not work on Sunday”

Room was not serviced on sunday, stayed thursday thru sunday. Beds not made, and towels not replaced.

“Good bargain but you get what you pay for.”

Great price for a clean room and friendly service. However, room was a little run down (the bathroom door sticks and had to be shoved open everytime). The surrounding area was a little run down.
