“not a good experience”

I'm nineteen, and the because of this the host assumed i would trash the room. He made me put down a 100 dollar cash deposit before i could get the room i reserved. The room was of course fine in the morning, but they didn't even check the room before giving my deposit back. Very sketchy looking place in general, and it was difficult to understand the host (spoke broken english). If i had not already reserved the room on expedia i would have immediately gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel.

“Adequate hotel to sleep for the night”

Some things in room were clean, some were not. The hotel smelled bad. I did not feel safe there. Internet wifi access from room and television service in room was nice. Nice clean microwave. The refrigerator did not seem like it was as cold as it should be. Yard of hotel needed mowing and had garbage scattered all over including a grocery cart with garbage in it. It was an old building in need of repair/updating. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked and was quiet at night.

“Do not go there”

Needless to say, the room was a pig sty. Mold around the tub chalking. Base heater had hair, dirt, and grime embedded on it. The base boards and floor was not any better. The closet in the room had only 1 of 2 bi-fold doors on it, the ceiling and wall had water stains on it. The patio door windows had hand prints all over it. When we complained we were told all the rooms were the same. We would have left right then, but had to leave to meet our party for dinner. We did leave the next booking into a better hotel for the rest of our 3 night stay.
