“nice little hotel”

This was a nice place to stay. Our room was kept clean. Our stay was only 4 nights, but if given a chase we stay here again.

“Helpful staff.”

The staff was very helpful. The hotel looked to be under renovations. The living area and landscaping was all new. The bathrooms were a little older. The A/C unit was off in the room when we arrived on a very hot day. It took a few hours for the room to cool, but when it did it felt great.

“Not impressed”

Front desk was not very friendly. It was near to the people we were visiting in the area, so it worked out ok, but we didn't spend any time there except to sleep.

“Last resort for 12 Hours of Sebring”

Pretty old motel. Rooms were nothing special. Pink outside & in. :-O Price was right though, when everything South of Lake Wales was overpriced during the 12 Hours of Sebring.

“Would NOT recommend”

While staff were polite, this motel is badly in need of repair -- gross tub grouting, stained tub, rusting metal in the bathroom, skimpy towels, stained linens, cheap and unraveling carpet, few hangers, drawers difficult to open. However, it was as clean as staff could make it. Didn't see the continental breakfast promised, though we checked out before 9:00 am.

“Good in an emergency”

I would not stay here again. The staff was friendly. The rooms smell funny and the beds and comforters were visibly stained. If you only want to stay for one night and you sleep in your clothing, then I guess it's OK. The bathroom will make you want to wear shower shoes. It's just an old dirty motel. It's where you stay if you will only be there one night and everything else is booked. I did not unpack my clothes (because I did not want them to touch anything in that room). I could not wait until morning to get out of there. In fairness, my man thought it was fine. He saw it as a cheap place to spend the night. He did not think it was that dirty.

“I'd drive an extra hour not to stay there next time”

With the door to the front office double dead bolted and a key lock, I wondered how safe a place this was. Exterior maintenance was poor. The complimentary breakfast would be a hit in a third world country.
