“Great hotel at an EXCELLENT price”

We were very impressed with this hotel. We normally stay in Holiday Inn brand hotels because we get points but we switched for this trip because of the great price. We were pleasantly suprised by the overall experience.

“Very Pleased!!!”

I just want to say we were very pleased with this hotel. I met some of the staff there and they were very attentive to our needs especially the room service manager. Although this is an older property, they are working very hard to bring it back to life. The have cleaned it up alot on the outside and are continuously working on it to get it in better shape. I can see that all the staff there are happy to be there and that makes a big difference in service. So thank you so much for all you did.

“Ramada Lakeland, a nice stay.”

I reserved a room with a sofa bed, but when I got there it did not have one. The room was big, had a lot of room. I feel like the could have made it look nicer. The location was convenient. The is a pool, but it is not heated so I did not get in. The hotel is nice just needs to be updated a little. I left my bathing suit in the room, called the next day and they did not have it. That is a little dissapointing that I don't get that back.
