“Comfy beds!”
We enjoyed our stay very much. The beds in our room were the pillow-top kind. Very comfortable! Breakfast was great, the pool area was nice and clean, and the laundry facilities were convenient. Good wi-fi. We would definitely stay there again.
“Very Satisfied!!!”
It was the cleaniest hotel in the area. Breakfast was good and had a staff member keeping things stock. Very comforatable beds. I would stay there again. A+++
“Spring Training retreat”
I visited the Lakeland area to attend baseball spring training games. The hotel was conveniently located in a nice area about 1.5 miles from the stadium. There were several restaurants within walking distance, and the free breakfasts in the hotel were good. The room was clean and was well serviced on a daily basis. The interior was a bit spartan. The room lacked a big, comfy chair. However, given the price and all the other nice things it was a very good value.

I thought the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable ,plenty of parking, nice friendly staff!
“La Quinta Lakeland Florida”
I checked in early and they allowed me to. Their breakfast was good and actually was of a wide variety. The beds were comfortable. It was a an enjoyable stay.

“Nice short stay but shampoo the rugs please”
This is a very good short stay type of hotel (3 to 4 days). The rugs in the hotel and in my room needed to be deep cleaned or changed alltogether. Even with my window facing route 4, it was very quiet. Nice showers.
“Best economy alternative in Lakeland”
The hotel is in the same price class as several other hotels in the Lakeland area. After trying a number of them I would say that this is the best alternative so far. Many hotels in the area have mold problems due to the moist climate. This hotel had a fresh smell to it in all areas, it is kept clean and is well maintained. We were very satisfied with the ratio of price and quality.
“It's a nice place”
The hotel was conveniently located to downtown and other shopping. The only problem we had is that they were doing construction on the rooms and started at 8:30AM on Saturday. The staff was friendly when I brought that problem to their attention.
“Public areas need cleaning”
The elevator, halls, and staircases all need cleaning. Overall, the maintainance is below par. Staff is friendly and helpful.
