“room not cleaned”

on our first full day we arrived back at our room a little after midnight to find that our room was not made up -no clean towels, beds not made, nothing. the night clerk was able to bring towels. very disappointed!!

“Hotel was satisfactory but not special”

We chose this hotel as a place to stop off along a long journey and for that it was fine. However we were in a party of 6 so had 3 rooms and each of them had minor maintenance problems. We also stayed on the ground floor which was very noisy because there is lobby music all night. but the rooms are large, the beds cofortable and the complimentary breakfast very good. there are no restaurants within walking distance but we went to a good one in the town centre

“Horrible housekeeping”

The room had a terrible smell of mildew. Staff response was to sprinkle carpet fresh on it. Then they neglected to come back and vaccum and clean our room. We had to call someone at 9:00PM when we returned. No apologies were offered. Aletter complaining about the service was never answered.

“busseness without boss”

if you can sleep during the game at Yankee stadium then this hotel for you.. i was unlucky one to stay on a floor with teenagers, and of course, they did what all teens do - run, scream, laught, open-close doors.. hotel has super-bad isolation.. you cannot see each other but you involved in hotel's life...and no management either, you are on your own .. i called to reception few times - no answer, i went down - workers had a good time at the bar.. they are young and don't care about anything.. just amazing how hotel do bussiness this way

“RUDE STAFF!!!”

Staff was extremely RUDE and told my 9yr old to "Shut Up"! Can't believe staff would behave that way. I will never go back there. Also, when speaking with Hotel manager, he had no remorse and didn't seem to care. He was rushing us out the door. I was disgusted by their behavior. Breakfast was cheap for the price of the hotel and very disgusting. Not organized at all, and no place to sit down... Then the rushed us to get out of the lobby where we were told to eat. Breakfast was from 7 to 10, my family arrived at breakfast at about 8:00am. How dare they! My main concern was that they yelled at my girls and used such profound language with them. I do not speak to my children that way and would never expect someone in hospitality to do that either. They invited us there and then for the hotel staff to treat us that way, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
