About this space:
Relax with your loved ones or just come and escape for some me time in this precious, bright, modern studio. This studio was remodeled in a historic 1920s home. The studio has wonderful amenities to make your stay as relaxing as possible, including a small kitchen area. The property is located 1.5 miles from Lake Worth Beach and 2.7 miles from Lantana Beach. Best of all, only 6 blocks from downtown Lake Worth Beach, where there will be plenty of shopping, eating, and entertainment. The space:
Beautiful bright open studio with large windows. The studio has a closet for your clothes, a queen size bed, a smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows, a cozy table to serve nice breakfast or you can also enjoy the outdoor seating for a breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The Kitchenette:
We offer a 30 Inch Compact Kitchen with 2.2 cu. ft. All refrigerator, electric cooktop, Stainless Steel Countertop, Stainless Steel Sink, Chrome faucet, and integrated backsplash. We provide basics like salt and pepper as we as olive oil. You will have pots, pans, silverware, serving ware, plates, cups, mugs, and of course a coffee machine and a teapot for a morning cup of Joe.

The Bathroom:
You will have a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, shampoo, soap, napkins, conditioner, and toothpaste for your stay.
Outdoor seating:
We offer seating outside for you to enjoy the Florida weather and breeze from the ocean. There is a bench and a table for 4 designated for your studio.

Parking:
You will have designated parking.

Guest access:
You will have access to the whole studio. You will also have access to the backyard, but please keep in mind that this is a shared space, and you might bump into other guests.

Other things to note.
You will be on a quiet and calm street, not a lot of traffic. Please note this is a Triplex, meaning there are 3 apartments in the building. Pets are welcome if the pet fee is paid, and they are well-behaved and trained. We ask for no smoking anywhere in the property to respect the health of others nearby and to prevent the smell from entering to the other apartments.
