“Great hotel just outside park”

Great hotel 1/2 mile from park entrance. Includes great restaurant. All in all a great deal!

“Prestige what customer service should be”

My wife and I were escaping for the weekend, it had been a very stressful 2 months. I stole her from the regular daily grind and we were off to Radium for a weekend alone. When we arrived we were greeted by an absolute angel at the front desk and she advised us of all of the quality services that Prestige had to offer. the room was fabulous the only possible way to make our stay any better would have been to have a view from the top floor and that is something that was not requested by myself so there is no fault of the staff at Prestige for that concern. Truly the staff were extremely friendly and courteous and they took care of any and every need that we had. Great place incredible food and amazing staff is exactly why on our next escape to Radium we will be staying at the Prestige.

“Prestige Radium hot springs”

The staff were kind, the pool was open late enough to go after we arrived. The bed was not comfortable. The restaurant was supposed to open at 7 am, but didn't open until later the morning we were leaving so we had to go and look elsewhere for a place to eat before we hit the slopes

“very clean”

Overall we were really pleased with the overall experience. The front desk clerk was really friendly and efficient. It was nice that the hotel had a weight room which was well maintained. The room was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and we would stay here again.
