“Very impressed”

We were so impressed by this hotel that we changed our plans to come back to Taupo so we could stay here again. The view is great, the rooms are spacious, new and clean - all in all, a great find in a beautiful city.

“Happy with my stay”

Excellent service, particularly by the reception and night porter staff after identified i would be arriving very early in the morning coming back from the Mission Estate concert in Napier. Room was very comfortable, and i was pleased at the price

“a solid choice”

Only stayed for a night while travelling. Staff very friendly, room spacious and clean albeit showing its age a but. The sitcom did a good job at quietly heating the room, which is a bit odd to write in the middle of summer.
