Good property but needs another washing machine and dryer in the laundry as we waited all day to use them

we were shown to the unit, with fresh bottle of milk, owner informative of location, room very clean and comfortable, lots of heating for room, and electric blankets, good kitchen, no noise for sleeping, good location, highly recommend it

Clean, tidy good location for our stay in Taupo. Owners were friendly. Great having a supermarket down the road. Was a cold weekend we were in Taupo, the heating in the room was excellent.

Friendly, attentive service. Nice touches such as a bottle of milk to go with the tea/coffee which included hot choc/decaf sachets and a plunger coffee bag to go with the standard selection. Nice to be shown around the room on arrival too.

Loved the little extras---a free standing lamp for beside the bed, real milk, huge number of TV channels and great bath salts for the spa. The owners were super friendly.

Welcoming family hotel
Very nice family run hotel. Clean and comfortable with great pools, hot and cool. Not far from many restaurants and shops. Owners are on site and very helpful with any needs!

Amazing service, the best hotel in Taupo. Bruce and Deborah are the perfect hosts who care deeply about their guests. Friendly, welcoming and so generous. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now!

Loved it was quiet, enough room for 4 adults. We were given a room right next to the pool and spa which was fabulous. We will stay at same place again if gone to Taupo.

the customer service was amazing, the owners are lovely people. Breakfast was always tasty, the room was always clean, no noise within the complex, great vibe, very friendly place.
