Bad experience:
who is responsible for information correctness of accommodation,Motel or agent website? I booked from Wotif,a 160$ room with private bathroom and DVDs, TV, Digital channels as room information details shown.when checkin I was told just shared bathroom. I insisted I booked room with private bathroom then they admitted room information was wrong,suggested if unsatisfied I could pay 85$ extra to change one with own bathroom. How can I accept such option to pay more for someone else’s fault? $160 is much higher than common sense of shared-bathroom, poor-condition room with no DVDs, TV in room at all.it’s Room only as the owner said.But “All 9 rooms offer in-room free WiFi, LCD TVs with digital channels, and safes” is still shown on website,even now 10 days passed.Nearby motels, similar shared-bathroom ones were all around $125,I would have picked another if I really need a cheap one with shared bathroom. This shows how the motel charges unreasonably high prices for some rooms by false and misleading information. The false informations have not been corrected yet one week after the motel owner promise to do so and he said it due to agent delay. Private was changed to shared-bathroom finnally but other false information of TV DVDs still there.False information continually trap more travelers and bring more profit. Who benefits who has motive,common sense.False infos might have been there from long time ago.Not sure how many but I’m not the only one misled.
