Overall, this hotel is average and affordable with no amenities. The included breakfast was worthless, the hot tub was under "being replastered," and the housekeeping didn't come until 5:00 pm. However, the room was clean and comfortable.

I would love it if you could reach out to us as I am a bit confused about the other details in your review. I would also like to assure you that our hot tub is being replastered and repaired which is why it is not listed as an amenity. As soon as it is open and safe to use we will be updating our listing.

I arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon and as expected I was told that check-in was at 3. The clerk asked if I had gotten an email saying that I could check-in and I said no. She said once I get it I could check-in at that time. I left the hotel to find a place to wait. I received the email 30 minutes later that my room was ready but early check-in was an additional $10. Why didn't she check the room availability? I could have just waited in the lobby. She also never mentioned the early check-in cost.

Hi John, Our early check in costs range between 50 to 10 depending on the date and time. I have updated our listing to include these rates. Our housekeepers take lunch until 12:40 pm so when you arrived there was no way for her to check the status of your room to give you an estimate on when the room would be ready. However, our new software sends a text as soon as we have inspected the room as clean and the cost of an early check in. Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.
