“First class all the way”
Unbelievable place! Supurb service. Accommodations were first class. The hotel was not full, so they had upgraded our room before we arrived. The beds were the most comfortable beds I'd ever slept in. We were there for a family wedding and the bride and groom were also given an upgrade to the nicest suite on the property. I had one complaint while I was there: the 'turndown' chocolate was stale the first night, and when I brought it to the front desk the next morning, they apologized. Later that day, I found a hand written note attached to a large gourmet chocolate bar, apologizing again, and hoping that I would enjoy the large bar. Now, that's service! One caution: parking is valet only and there is a nghtly charge, which I hadn't asked about before hand. But that was the only negative during the stay.
“Can't wait to go back”
Great hotel, great service. Everyone treated us like royalty. We stayed on the Club level with a lounge area that provided buffet style breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food was excellent. Ski lifts were right by the hotel which is an amazing convenience. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs after skiing. It was like a winter paradise.
“First class service, very well appointed rooms”
Service was impeccable. Room had every amenity imaginable including a fireplace. Fabulous setting in Northstar. Family friendly. Free gondola ride into great Northstar shopping center. Bring your VISA, but it's worth it.
