“Good simple place to stay”
Older, simple, but very clean and functional, and right on the water.
“Great value”
Room was small and cozy. Very clean. Right on the lake and very picturesque. Walls seemed a little thin as I could hear the maids often. Family friendly as well as couples/romantic. Had a great time and will definitely be back.
“Good location and good service”
It is at the lake side and the scene from the deck is beautiful.There are some shops, groceries and restaurants around. The people are all friendly and provide good service. I recommend it to everybody.

The hotel was nice,clean and very relaxing right on the beach.

We selected a Lake Tahoe room view and it was worth the extra money. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room is standard hotel size but has a kitchenette with a small table. Chairs are available on the balcony for Lake watching. Near nice playground for children. The hotel is very convenient to the north shore casinos and shops in Kings Beach and Tahoe City.
“A good, clean, unpretentious room”
I stayed here just one night about a week ago, on the way through to Bishop, Death Valley, Zion, etc. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom spotless. A nice, simple room. Some rooms (not mine) have views of Lake Tahoe, and there is a common deck area with a view, too. I'm sure you could pay lots more on rooms in the Tahoe area. But if you're just looking for a good place to sleep and shower, and plan on spending most of your recreation time outside, this is a good deal.
“Will definitely go back”
We spent 5 night at this hotel beginning 10/9/06. It is very clean and comfortable. It's an older family run hotel but kept up very well. We tried to book for the July 4th week-end but they are booked 2 years in advance. We look forward to staying here again soon.

This hotel is right in the middle of Kings Beach, which is a great place to be. There is a huge beach accessable from the hotel and the view from the beach and pool area is spectacular. By walking on the beach to the east, you can get to the nearby park. I had exactly what I needed from the hotel and room for the price. There are good restaurants within walking distance and even a Safeway and drug store.
“stunning views”
The room was clean and extremly comfortable and had a stunning view over Lake Tahoe, and sitting in the outdoor hot tub as the sun goes down over the mountains was an added bonus. Receptionists very helpful and pleasant, breakfast staff a bit tetchy but to be fair there were a large party of schoolboys in the breakfast room. You can walk straight out and walk along the beach too.
“Excellent Value, Wonderful Experience!!”
We were so impressed with the cleanliness, fresh fragrance in our room, and value of this hotel. The proximity to the beach and Lake Tahoe was a major plus too!! The friendly service we received when we checked in and asked for recommendations about local restaurants, etc. was top-notch and what would especially make us recommend Ferrari's Crown Motel to a friend or family member!! A+++ Well done, Staff!!
