“Just like home”

We have stayed at this hotel now three times in the last three years because the rooms are very comfortable and the location is great! The beds are THE most comfortable beds of any other hotel we have stayed at. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Location is good. Close to shops and restaurant but quiet. Motel is clean and modern. The price is reasonable. This Motel is always my designated place to stay while I'm at Lake Tahoe.

My husband and I stayed at 3 Peaks for a quick weekend getaway. We were very pleased!! The hotel staff was friendly and gave us great suggestions on activities to do. Our room was small but very comfortable and clean! The beach is about a 4 block walk and very nice. We will definitely be back to the 3 Peaks!!

“Great hotel for the Ski Resorts!”

Stayed at the 3 Palms for a 2-day, 1-night ski trip. Excellent location close to the runs and a wondeful hot tub--very large nd a fun place to relax and socialize in the evening. Our room was cozy, spotless, with a very comfortable bed. Noticed before we booked that some reviews said they could hear through the walls but we didn't have this problem--our room was very quiet. We like that our dog was welcome here, too! Will definitely stay here again next time we come up to ski.

“Outstanding value”

This hotel is awesome! I normally come up to Tahoe and stay in the lower cost/ lower quality hotel rooms as I am always trying to save money but I have found a diamond in the rough. The 3 Peaks has very reasonable rates for the quality of room and you cant find a more friendly staff. I cant wait to come back...

Thank God for directing me to 3 peaks. 1.Wendy,the receptionist is friendly and courteous,offer me free upgrade. 2.Gary,the manager is always around to assist and cater to your needs He'll treat you like family. A friend loves at all times but a brother is born in necessity. He does not hide in the office He leads by serving 3.Ed, Gary's assistant ,is prompt in making sure service requests are implemented. I had worked in hotels for 40 years and find 3 peaks rate highest in quality of room amenity,pricinng and service. 3 cheers for 3 peaks. I'll be (BARK)

“Great place for a family reunion”

We came for a family wedding and reunion. The empolyees at the hotel were fabulous!! They helped us plan a beach dinner the night before the wedding. The grandchildren loved the pool. The two tiered spa was a great place for the adults to relax. The pool was crystal cleared and the cleanest hotel pool I have seen. Our family would like to come back next summer for another reunion. Thanks 3 Peaks for the great experience.Our room was very comfortable and cleanest I have stayed in!!
