Hotel trop bien noté, ne mérite pas ses étoiles.
Points positifs : Très belle piscine, salle d'accueil propre et bon accueil. Draps propres et salle de bain neuve, TV fonctionnelle, un ordinateur avec accès internet. Points négatifs : Urine sur la cuvette des WC, vomis sec sur le côté du sommiers, grosses taches sur les vieilles moquettes non aspirées, couettes très sales, wifi non fonctionnel, ficelles des rideaux de chambre toute emmêlées car rideaux très vieux, belle salle de déjeuner mais appareil à gaufre HS, TV disparue seul reste le support et la télécommande, pas de lait, 2 sachets de chocolat en poudre pour tous, il serait préférable de noter breakfast non compris. Hotel situé à l'écart de tout, 6 miles d'une petite ville.

bel hôtel avec une très belle piscine que nous n' avons pas testé à cause de la pluie!Par contre pas très bien situé :il n'y a rien à proximité. et mauvaise surprise pas de possibilité de rajouter un lit dans la chambre pour une 5eme personne comme nous l' avons fait partout ailleurs;est-ce spécifique aux Ramada?

They have good staff. When we checked in and went to the room it smelled like bleach. I didn’t like where the room was located I did not feel comfortable there. But the staff was great in giving us another room. The breakfast wasn’t bad. Also when Expedia gives you a total for your stay it should be honored.

Very dirty, dated, unkept and argumentative staff. A true hole. Avoid at all costs. Hands down our worst hotel experience to date. When we mentioned things we were met with immediate denial and argument. Not wanting to debate, we just went to bed and then left. It was a true nightmare experience. Also, the walls are SO thin! You can hear tv, conversations, and vehicles very easily, and I have poor hearing! Look elsewhere.

No frills clean motel room
Motel is in need of renovation. Our main complaint is that wifi did not work at all in our room. Closer to the reception we could get online after several attempts, but it was very slow. There was absolutely nothing close to the motel. We did not understand that the main picture of the hotel on hotels.com was not from the hotel at all but from down town Lake Placid. Breakfast was very basic.

We were well pleased with Ramada. We especially like that there was no carpet in the room. The breakfast was the usual. It would be nice to have something that wasn't all carbs to feed a diabetic (hard boiled egg would be nice). My only complaint is that there were 2 dirty wash cloths hanging on our shower rod from previous residents of the room and the pillows need to be upgraded.

Good overnight stay at Ramada
We just had one night stay at Ramada by Wyndham in Lake Placid. Simple breakfast was included, the room was nice, no complaints, other than corners, behind lamps, side of desk and places normally not cleaned could use some attention. We had booked a king size bed, and received a confirmation for that, but was told by the hotel that Hotels.com had not checked with them what was available, so my husband and I had to sleep in separate beds since that was all that was available. Some traffic and ac noise, but we were more than happy with the hotel itself.

Good value.
Good trip. Hotel amenities have been upgraded. However, do not like that a $200 refundable deposit is required for the dog in addition to a $20 a night charge. Seems like overkill.

My room was absolutely filthy. Dirt in every corner of the armrest on the chair had a burn hole in it. There was still coffee stains on top of the microwave from the previous gas. The refrigerator did not work and I only got four TV channels which place in the downstairs unit by the stairway, which got very limited Wi-Fi bedspread Was filthy had pet hair all over everything

We checked in and went to bed and in the middle of the night killed multiple roaches and then woke up to water that had leaked under our door. When I made a complaint as we went to check out the manager asked if we came to the lady in the office in the middle of the night and made a complaint and that she would have switched us rooms. We were half asleep and stressed from a long day so that in the middle of the night was not our idea of how to handle it. The cleanliness of this facility was not the best and we will probably not be staying here again. Very disappointed with the way management handle the situation.

We like to spend time with friends on Lake Placid and always go to this hotel. Its quite , easy to find it, the ladies were very nice, Check-in and checkout was just a minute and breakfast was nice 👍.
