The hotel is poorly signed and hard to find. It advertises a non existent restaurant more than the hotel. Wifi sketchy at the best. Breakfast good.

3 day stay on Lake Orta
A beautiful location with great views of the lake and a walk around Omegna. Paid parking was close by and reasonably priced. Staff were wonderful and their associated restaurant fantastic, first rate good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine. Room a little dated but great value for price and very clean and spacious for the lake view room.

A basic hotel in a beautiful location
Then hotel is basic but positioned right at the head of Lake Orta.. Uninspiring public rooms. The shower was minute and inoperable. There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the room. The breakfast was adequate with tinned fruit etc. Parking in the area is very difficult and the garage is a five minute walk away. The town has very little in the way of restaurants. In fact we found only one small pizzeria open at 7 pm!

Great hotel in a beautiful area
The area around Orta Lago is very beautiful. We booked this hotel in Omegna for only one night as our main purpose was to visit the Alessi Museo in Crusinallo and it was the best deal nearby. Turned out our hotel was situated right at the end of the lake in a perfect position. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, modernly appointed, clean and with generous amenities. Plus the highlight was a huge balcony overlooking the lake with a spectacular view. Included breakfast was adequate and best of all had barista coffee made to order. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer in this great hotel in such a beautiful area.

Wonderful little gem
Croce Bianca is a charming family owned and run hotel on the northern tip of Lake Orta and the center of the alpine Italian town Omegna. The restaurant serves consistently great northern Italian fare with a great value three course menu for 16 euro with three choices for each course and changing daily. I love to make a two or three night stop at Croce Bianca anytime I on an extended European vacation.

Wi-Fi is a problem
The hotel is nicely located, especially if you arrive by train. The staff was very nice. The problem with wi-fi is that the hotel doesn't offer anything; tthey tell you to use the town's free wi-fi. Omegna forces you off their network after about 20 minutes or so and you have to log in again. During busy hours you won't get on. And in my room the connection was too weak to get on. The only place I found where I could make a Skype call was outside on the west shore of the lake.

Buon hotel, pulito, in posizione strategica per il lago e il centro storico di Omegna. Il personale gentilissimo, colazione completa, parcheggio gratuito, con camere vista lago, non si può chiedere altro.

Ottimo Hotel con vista lago
Ottimo hotel in una cittadina molto bella sul lago d'Orta. L'albergo è in una posizione centralissima e proprio sul lungolago. Camere molto pulite e confortevoli, personale disponibilissimo e gentile, super colazione in una sala con una vista spettacolare sul lago. Unico appunto il rumore della strada, le finestre delle camere si affacciano sulla strada principale molto trafficata a tutte le ore, specialmente all'alba.

Zeer teleurstellend. Ontvangst man praatte nauwelijks Engels. Staat van kamer was slecht. Badkamer slecht. Oogde oud en versleten allemaal maar ergste waren de bedden. Waren volledig doorgezakt en veren staken in je rug. Zeker geen aanrader. Ook ontbijt was erg karig. Zeker geen uitstekend waardig!! Alleen uitzicht was prachtig!!

Äldre men mysigt hotell!
Ett äldre hotell som drivs av en otroligt trevlig kvinna, Paola sedan 15 år tillbaka. Rummet är stort och toaletten är bra. Härlig utsikt från rummet och en bra frukost. Eftersom det har svårt att hitta personal till restaurangen är den stängd i sommar.

L'accueil est très sympathique. La chambre est un peu vieillotte mais propre. Le principal problème, c'est l'isolation phonique : on entend toute la circulation dans la rue. Ca doit être mieux si on est côté lac... Bon petit déjeuner, avec une belle vue sur le lac.
