“Impressed and Very Satisfied.”

Overall this hotel is excellent. The rooms were clean and the staff were very considerate. We love the service; the fact that during some of the times the staff had to double as a restaurant staff as well as working at the counter made them exceptional. Would definately stay there again. One tiny downside though, we are not used to the warm weather so the lack of air conditioning was a bit of a let down. But with the fan and cool night weather it was not too bad. I guess we are just used to the technology. Free wifi was also a nice touch.

“Quite Happy”

The hotel was within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and tourist sites including lake Lucerne. We found the clear, see-through glass door and wall to the washroom a little odd and slightly non-private, but otherwise a good hotel.
