“Good One”

This hotel is situated next door to a Wallmart and a MacDonalds. There is an excellent diner about 500 yards further south. The hotel staff were polite and helpful at all times. The hotel was clean and pleasant. Good one

it was very cleanand the staff was very good..but the location was not the greatest ..it was good for what we had planned for activities in the area but could not stay for more than 1 night there really was not much to do at night except to go towalmart..we di go to a great restaurant for dinner the wagon wheel which was small and rustic but the food was amazing....

“Acceptable for short stays”

Breakfast was below average, both in presentation and quality. Wireless internet only works if near the front desk. Other than that, acceptable at the price.

“Location is only advantage for business at paper mill”

Old facility; not accommodating to requests that require friendly and receptive customer service. Root cause appears to be poor management in general. My perception was that I, being a customer, was only tolerable and something to be valued.

This Hotel was much better than expected! Very Clean with easy access and parking! A great value for a top tourist area at Ft. Ticonderoga.

It was so dirty we didn't even have a mattress it was two box springs put together the place was so dirty and smelled lipstick on the sheets hair and other stains also so gross the staff was so rude and you had to stand at the desk forever waiting for someone to help u.
