!st time visit to an indoor waterpark

Posted 29-Apr-2015
Location: I did like the fact that down the road there were great places to eat and shop.
The hotel looks a lot bigger in the pictures. I thought there would be more activities for kids of all ages. The indoor waterpark was not as big as I expected. I travelled almost 4hrs for a 2 day vacation. Next time will visit an indoor waterpark closer to my home. It may have been worth the trip if SIx Flags amusement park was open as well

Pros: Beautiful hotel, reminded me of a wilderness lodge.
Cons: Hours of water park operation should be longer.
Location: Ride on the boat tour of lake George is great!
Waterslides for every age. Outlet stores 2 minutes down the road.

Fun for family of six

Posted 20-Apr-2015
Pros: Felt like the kids were safe doing their own thing. We let them play in the arcade while we enjoyed a hockey game in the bar.
Cons: costs in restaurants were very high
Location: Lots to do in summer, not so much open this time of year
It was fun for the kids and for us as well. We enjoyed spending time with them and look forward to returning when more is open in the Lake George Region. One problem was the expensive food in the hotel. Very tough on the budget.

To be more of what it was claiming to be

Posted 13-Apr-2015
Pros: They did have activities for the children. But again the staff kept telling me they are out of supplies.
Cons: communication
Location: There is a shopping mall and outlets they had activity parks but when we where there they were not open. Such as mini -golf and a go track.
The staff was pleasant I just was disappointed with the lack of communication when I reported things wrong and how they handled every situation. I had to keep reminding another staff member. Again communication is the key to customer service.

Nice waterpark, no quiet time.

Posted 10-Apr-2015
It seems like no one pays attention to the children running up and down the halls until 11pm, the rooms are very noisy at night so beware with small kids.

Fun for the kids

Posted 7-Apr-2015
We checked in without a problem. They didn't tell us much we had to read the pamphlets they gave us to figure out where everything was. No map! Room had damage and was dirty. The shower curtain didn't reach the tub so the water escaped. The beds were memory foam and had dips in them. The water park had some issues as well, but I see more than most people would. The kids had fun and I felt it was very safe and family oriented.
