“friendly visit”

Front desk was very efficient and friendly. Went out of their way to answer questions. We checked in early so our room was not ready but we just went to the water park and it was ready within the hour. I come every year with 3 grandchildren to enjoy the water park. It is a very easy stay. Everything is convenient and geared for families.

“Woohoo!”

“Spring Break At Great Escape”

We enjoyed 3 night stay at Great Escape water park with grandsons aged 9 and 14 years. Everything was first class except for the crowds at the food services. One wait at Johnny Rocket was well over a hour before the food was served. The next attempt the hostess just advised it would be over 30 minutes for a table and then another prolonged wait would begin. Food was okay but not worth wait. Prices were reasonable.

“Right On!”

Expedia did not indicated that free passes to the water park were included in the room rates, so I had to get a refund for the day passes I bought - which in a way was a bonus! If you get free passes why stay anywhere else? Check-in time is kinda late in the day though, 4:00?

“Great vacation location with kids!”

Sofa bed could be changed, very uncomfortable, but beds very good. Opening hours changed for the waterpark and nobody advised us, therefore, 2 more hours to wait with the kids and no place on site to eat breakfast... the only things! Great hotel, friendly and very helpfull personnel, day and night! Amaizing water park, lots of life guards around the water, perfect for young children! thank you! We will visit again!

“Excellent hotel”

Hotel personnel very friendly and helpful. Nice place to take children. My grandchildren had a great time and didn't want to leave. Food was great and waitress for breakfast was great and the waiter at the restaurant very good. Will visit again with the grandchildren.

“Great place, great price.”

Got a deal on my stay that was $50 cheaper per night than the place we usually stay. We didn't get to enjoy the water park because we were busy the whole weekend but we're planning another stay here so we can experience it. Great hotel and conveniently located.

“Kids loved it!”

My kids loved the waterpark, and they are already talking about going back. It was great to ski all day, and come back to the hot tub/waterpark.
