“"Great for a weekend get away"”
I was surprised to find this was an older hotel with high ceilings and nicely decorated. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

room, bathroom, and closet were small-but was more than sufficient for sleeping and showering. comparable for the price.
“Queensbury Hotel is nice”
My blowdryer didn't work. They brought me up a new one. As it turns out, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The room is nice, the bathroom looks very odd because it's so white and not up to date. The rooms had extension cords so it's not up to date that way either, but you shouldn't be spending that much time in the room to care. I enjoyed it...and hearing the next door neighbor in the room speak and move around his room.
“Grand old hotel”
This hotel is a little dated but it adds to it;s charm. Area is completely safe. Only problem is that on Sunday everything closes at 6 pm. Pool and spa were great. Would return here again.

at first we were disappointed with our room because it had a stale smell and the wondows didnt open but once i brought it to the attention of the front desk they switched us right away!
“Nice hotel”
The rooms were small, but clean. The hotel was easy walking distance to the center of town. This was a nice feature. The staff was very friendly.
“Pleasant stay - convenient location”
The room I got was the single bed (queen if I recall), and although the room certainly didn't have a new feeling to it - it was reasonably clean and orderly. Wireless connection was adequate, and they did have an ironing board and iron (without the iron being tethered to the board, which was nice). Bathroom was also not new, but reasonably clean... just on the small side. The overall feeling and presentation of the hotel was nice, and although I didn't get a chance to try the pool area out, it also looked nice. Staff was accommodating and cordial. If I were to stay here again (which I would if in the area), I would likely reserve the double bed room, which I assume would be a little larger. If you are there to visit Glens Falls Hospital, it is very convenient - in fact you could easily walk between the two. I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, but I did hear it on good authority that the food there is good.

Located just off the main street through downtown, within easy walking distance to local restaurants, nightlife, and shops.
“Great hotel and only option in Glens Falls”
Scared at first seeing that it was the only option for Hotels in Glens Falls, but upon check in was extremely pleased. Right in the heart of the little city within walking distance of quaint eateries and shops. Much better than the motels you see coming off the highway. Will definately stay again if ever in Glens Falls or the nearby area!
