“A great experience!”

This is overall a great deal, we stayed in a kingsize non-smoking room, the room was very clean, including the bed, the floor and especially the bathroom!There's plenty of hot water for shower, and it came with a coffee maker and hair dryer, the owner was very nice and the location is great(right off the high way and 2 exit away from lake George), for the price you paid this is the best deal!

Good value, easy to get to and covenient to restaurant

Friendly, courteous, family run establishment. Room was clean including the bathroom and there was plenty of hot water. It is right on the highway, so you will hear it. But the hotel itself was quiet and the room was comfortable.

My room was fine. It was clean, well equipped, and well serviced. The motel itself has seen better days. A lot of remodelling is needed. The Continental Breakfast was totally Mickey Mouse and substandard as well as inadequate floorspece. It had teeny tables and only two of them.

“For the Money you can't go wrong”

The Saturday night of Presidents' day weekend. Checked in at 9:00 and out at 10:00. the TV was small, but so was the price so i wasn't expecting much. The room was clean but it was old and run down in the shower area, kind of like staying with a single buddy of yours.

Stayed 2 nights off-season. Shower curtain had black "mold?" stains Continental breakfast includes day old donuts, english muffins, butter and cereal.

“Convenient Location; Tired Condition”

The manager was very helpful and positive. But the rooms were not in great shape. Leaky faucet, nearly overpowering smell of room deodorizer, place in need of an overhaul. Okay for short stop if you must, but there are certainly better options out there.
