`Terrible stay at a not cheap hotel....NO WiFi in the room (I thought that already finished even in 3rd world countries) and the A/C makes noise but no conditioning. Nothing is in English. Room condition is poor......

Beautiful views of Lake Leman(Geneva) and good restaurant selection within an easy walk. Also a nice bar where locals also frequent regularly.

Loud cleaning in the morning, otherwise all well.
Fantastic lake view in the city. Very clean and comfy room. However, the only down side of this place was in the early morning, around 8ish/9am you would definitely start to hear the cleaning lady puts on very loud music while cleaning and banging things next door. Very unpleasant if you are a late person and would love to just chill in the room a bit longer. I would suggest at least start the cleaning after the standard check out time, says 11. Otherwise it’s all well.

Lovely quiet hotel with a good restaurant extending onto the outdoor terrace. Lake view rooms are worthwhile. Modern in style & comfortable. Excellent breakfast. The staircase carpet could be replaced because it lets down the image on arrival. Parking is a problem if travelling by car. It is possible to park for a few minutes to drop cases but any car then needs to be parked in one of the nearby public car parks ( about 5 minutes walk away). If you arrive on a Friday it is best to do so in the late afternoon because thereafter parking can be difficult because of musical entertainment in Lutry.

Fabulous location on Lac Leman. Notable (though very pricey) hotel restaurant on terrace overlooking boat harbor and promenade. We could listen to the live Thursday and Friday night concerts from here. Friendly staff are helpful. Small elevator to reach upper floors. Double room very small but with good air conditioning and managed to find a place for all luggage using the tall, narrow cabinet provided with a safe and mini-fridge suitable for wine bottles of course. We asked for and received extra pillows. There is public parking near (less than 5-minute walk) from the hotel and a few spots along the hotel for a price, 9 Swiss francs for half the day and 16 for a day. It’s free after 8pm. You buy the parking passes to set on your dash-board at the reception. The only negative is the almost complete absence of Internet. They have it, but it takes an hour to get on and then cuts out constantly. We explained the situation and were given a WiFi repeater which really did nothing to resolve the issue. It made completing my work impossible. Perhaps the issue was confined to our room or our floor. We were not facing the water. Other than this, the hotel is a short walk to your left as you exit to the beach and a nice buvette with delicious food and view of the water. Another plus is that you can get a card with a clock on it from the reception desk for free to put in your car for the period from 7-8am if you are leaving around 8am or shortly thereafter to avoid paying parking.

The property is horrible, no a/c room small, Wi-Fi doesn't work good. Only outside the view is beautiful.

Generally very good hotel
Marked down slightly because housekeeping were still cleaning our room when we arrived at 330pm and there was still some rubbish left there from previous guests. And because parking (at 16CHF a night) is an exemption to local parking rules rather than an actual space, so you might end up parking on the other side of town if the 5 spaces outside the building are full. Didn't try the restaurant or go for the breakfast after seeing the prices, but there are plenty of decent places to eat locally. Room was quiet despite being right over the restaurant, which was nice. Comfortable bed, nice to have a couple of chairs, bathroom was large enough and clean. No hair conditioner provided though! Worth paying a little extra for the lake view in my opinion, maybe the balcony upgrade with a long stay.

They had a coffee machine out in the hallway you could use they gave you one coffe insert. No tea nobody to help you bring in luggage I am retired and the manager just watched me come up the stairs struggling with my luggage. When I left one of the cleaning ladies saw me and came and helped me. I prayed over her and told her thank you. The best think about the property is the location!!!

Perfect location, just 10 m from the water front, still accessible by car. public parking 100 m away. Very friendly staff: we forgot to book a bad for the kid so they offered it for free in a larger room. Morning view from the window on the lake is breath-taking.

We stayed in this extraordinary hotel, very traditional lake-side, in a thoroughly positive sense bourgeois hotel a number of times over the past few years. Always delightful to return and benefit from a friendly, creative, and attentive host. The setting is highly unusual, as there is no road between the hotel and the lake to swim in. The sound of the waves reaches into the rooms... However, the quality of the meals has suffered a bit over the years, and the creative decorations of the plates does not suffice to make up for what has been lost. Still good, but no longer very good.

Friendliest Hotel I have been in for ages!
I travel a lot for work and the owner of this hotel was fantastic. Great value for money and right on the lake. Perfect place to wind down after meetings all day!

Spacious room with large bathroom. Good water pressure in the shower. Small balcony with stunning view of the Alps (though it is obstructed by boat masts as the hotel is located on a small harbor). The one warning is for guests with cars: while the hotel offers parking there are really only 3 or 4 spots on the street in front of the hotel. If they are taken you are out of luck and the alternative parking requires that you get up before 7 am to pay for the next day, which may or may not be ideal for your vacation schedule. Additionally, the hotel is located in the midst of one way and pedestrian only streets. Hotel reception acted like it was very straight forward and provided no guidance on how to access the hotel by car. Despite driving around for 30 minutes, we were not able to find a legal way in. Ultimately we drove illegally to access the hotel. Hopefully a ticket will not soon show up in the mail...

Wonderful view and nice lakeside walk.
One hour walk to Lausanne train station. Nice lake view and quiet location for those who ask for a relaxing retreat! We reserved a room with lake view balcony and it was more than great. Having breakfast with Lake Leman in front of you to enjoy is an unforgettable experience!

This is a nice hotel, just a few train stops outside Lausanne, with helpful staff and wonderful views out over lac Léman to the mountains.

We had an absolutely excellent stay- comfortable bed, big room with a lake view, friendly service, and a perfect location (in a quiet, quaint town right on the lake, about a 7 minute drive to downtown Lausanne)- we would not hesitate a moment to stay here again! The picture was our view from the room, so pretty!

Get outta town
Just a tiny bit out of town, at your 2nd train stop from the bustle of Lausanne, tranquility awaits you! Reasonably priced, this hotel is wonderful and quiet. The Suisse 'steamer' docks right nearby, and Lutry is a true little Swiss village right on Lake Geneva. Go there; get away from the noise and tourists, and live as the Swiss do. The hotel has an excellent restaurant. This is where you'll find the locals enjoying a casual but wonderful dinner. Eat fish caught in the pristine lake water, and enjoy the fruit and meals which are noticeably fresh and wonderfully prepared. A truly relaxing stay.

Cute hotel on the lake
My husband and I stayed here for four days while visiting Switzerland. It was a great hub to relax and explore Lake Geneva. Highly recommend the water taxi. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Pleasant hotel overlooking Lake Geneva.
Arrival at this hotel by car is difficult and there appears to be no dedicated area for drop off. The entry area is not awe inspiring but our room was very good, modern & comfortable. Excellent sound proofing with electric shutters for the Windows. Good buffet breakfast. Car parking is only available in the public car parks a few minutes away which is a problem if there is an event in the village.
