“Wonderful short break”

Good location to all the amenities, town centre, railway centre, and entertainment stadium, all within 20 min walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with a fantastic view of Lake Geneva from our balcony. All you could eat breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Good value for money and would recommend!

“Great Hotel, Great View, Great Location!”

Checked in and saw that I had been bumped up to a lake view room instead of what I paid for which was city side. Had a small balcony and it was great! Easy to take the public transport or to walk along the lake. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone I know.

“Excellent stay at the Golf Hotel Rene Capt”

The Golf Hotel Rene Capt is right on the lake but away from the busiest areas of Montreux. The desk staff was helpful, cheerful and competent. The dining room staff was pleasant and efficient, serving great food for dinners and an amazing complementary breakfast bar with fresh brewed coffee. It was a lovely, relaxing four days!

“Elegant hotel in lovely location”

This hotel is beautifully located off the lakeside path to Montreux centre(8 min stroll)and with amazing views across the lake and also to the chateau de chillon. We paid for a superior lakeview room and got a very comfortable garden room on the ground floor. The decor of the hotel has recently been redone very elegantly and there is a wonderful bar, terrace, breakfast room and pleasant lakeside garden. The only downside for us were the reception and breakfast staff who while polite and pleasant weren't very on the ball.
