“wish we were still there”

Hotel Clodia, Sirmione. A warm,cosy and quiet hotel. Nicely decorated and kept clean. The staff (only saw 3) very helpful and friendly do not intrude into your holiday.But give you all the information and help you ask for. Situated amongst olive trees in pleasant grounds.Although other similar buildings close by,certainly not intrusive. We would definately stay there again. Lake Garda and an exceptionally good restaurant overlooking the Lake, at bottom of road about 3min walk.

“Brilliant”

Hotel was great. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly (without being intrusive) and very helpful and spoke good english. Possible downside for some people is that the historic part of Sirmoine is 20 to 30 minute walk away, it is a nice walk and alternatively there is a bus that takes you there which runs every half an hour. There are also several nice restaurants close to the hotel.

“Great Hotel for Exploring Northern Italy”

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are very well presented in a traditional style and kept very clean. Fantastic breakfast. It's a 20 min walk to the historic centre of Sirmione, with plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops and a lovely beach. Verona and Venice are easily reachable by car or train - ask at reception for details and they'll be happy to help!

“Excellent”

This is a lovely individual hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The location is very attractive and convenient for public transport. There are lots of eating places within walking distance of the hotel and the old town of Sirmione is close by. Would most definately go back.
