“it is an excellent hotel”

the room are wonderful super clean and in very good manner, however the the room are not fully noise insolated. overall it was a wonderful stay and will stay at the same hotel next time and recommend it to others. thx

I would recomend this hotel to anyone. Great price, clean, comfortable, close to stores and resturaunts. Staff was friendly and had all my keys and reservation waiting for me when i checked in.

Room was drafty since there wasn't any weather stripping on the front door. Otherwise, room was fine. It was clean and didn't have any unusual odors that are often found in motel rooms. Good deal for the price.

“A very good value”

When I stay at a motel I'm happy if the room is clean and up to date, everything is where it should be and there are no suprises. To get it at a good price is a nice bonus. It rose above my expectations. I already recommended it to someone traveling to Somerset next month.

I chose the Red Roof Inn only after all other accomodations in Somerset had been booked (there were two events going on in the area during the time that our family reunion had been planned and I waited until the last minute to make my reservations). The bed at this particular hotel is possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hotel (and I've stayed at far more expensive places). The mattress was a Tempuredic-type--which I've never found even at Hyatts and Hiltons. The room was spotless and quiet--no outside noise at all. There was no shortage of hot water in the morning and the shower was strong (no trickle of water, but a nice, firm jet). The room was equipped with large screen, HDTV with about 70 channels of cable and a clock radio which had an alarm that was very easy to set (as an aside, one of my main complaints about Hamton Inns is their virtually impossible to set alarm clocks). The only complaint I might have is that to call the "continental breakfast" to call it a "continental breakfast" is a bit of a stretch. Stale muffins and coffee hardly qualify as a breakfast of any variety. In short, I'll gladly stay at the Red Roof in Somerset when I'm back in town!

“One night stay”

Clerk at check in was very efficient and checked me in quickly. Liked the location of the motel and it was close to a mexican restaraunt, so only had to walk a few feet for dinner. Had to leave early in the morning ( 6:00 ) and coffee, juice, donuts and fruit were out for a quick breakfast. Overall I was very pleased with the price and quality of the motel.

“convenient location, cleanroom”

The room includes a refrigerator, a microwave which is definetely a plus. The room was clean. Wireless internet was working very well. It is a perfect location for a one night stop. We stopped here after our visit to Cumberland Falls and on our way to Mammoth Cave National Park.
