No wash cloths the second day. Had difficulty with drain in tub. Would recommend grab bars in tub areas.. Room was clean an comfortable. Price was reasonable Put address numbers out front with the building in rear had a little difficulty locating the facility.. Would reserve again..

I was extremely disappointed with the continental breakfast. The breakfast consisted of two kinds of cold cereal and there was a box with two glazed donuts. There was also no hair dryer or coffee maker in the room.

“It's A Cheap Whole In The Wall Hotel”

I've stayed here a couple times now for no other reason than it's cheap and all we do is sleep there and it's close to the lake. Next year we'll probably be upgrading to a better hotel though as the quality is a reflection of the cheap price and I can't stand drying off with towels that feel like sandpaper and beds that aren't too comfy unless your just so tired it doesn't matter.

“Not Impressed”

When we arrived to check in the lady at the desk would not accept our online itenarary that I printed from my email. We had to call expedia. We kept telling her it was paid for and she acted like she had never dealt with Expedia before. So we had trouble getting a key to a room that we had pd for and was non refundable. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it. There was NO contenintal breakfast. They had 2 cereal dispensers and about a cup of milk in a jar that was there all weekend. They had NO BOWLES OR SPOONS for the cereal. My husband asked for more towels and the lady at the desk kicked him out of the office and locked him out. She just kept screaming "you have towels." Finally she brought us more towels after a 10 minute arguement. Also when we ran out of toilet paper they would not bring us any.. we had to go to the office and get it. Oh and the internet did NOT work.. Not to mention they were very rude. When we checked out we just put the key in a little box at the window.. good thing they didn't bother to ask "how was your stay". We will never again stay at that hotel. We go to Somerset about once a month for family.. but we will not stay there again..

“not impressed”

We arrived at 5:30 to check in. I inquired about a charge for my dog the desk clerk said everything was paid for and she was not aware of a charge for the pet. There were no signs posted about an extra charge the only sign stated pets welcome with permission. I asked her if she was sure she stated there weree no notes and the owner had not told her to charge anything. I told her I would be down in the morning to talk to the owner to pay any fees for my dog. We were staying for 2 nights. After returning to the room and going to bed we got a phone call at 15 after 12:00 telling us to get down to the front desk immediately. I went to the front desk expecting some type of emergency, and all the owner wanted his 10 dollars for the dog. I asked her why it couldn't wait until morning as we were planning on staing 2 nights. Her husband came out of the back and was very rude stating that I was trying to get away without paing the 10 bucks. The girl who checked me in told the man that no one told her about a pet fee and that it was noted on my room slip I would be down in the morning to check if there was a pet fee. Needless to say I left the next morning and will not book that hotel again. We travel to Somerset every other month we will now stay at his competitors, hopefully they will be more considerate of their guests.

“Kind of Sleezy”

The room had a strong disinfectant odor, there were old cigarette burns in the sheets, mis-matched furniture and very thin walls.
