What an Incredible place! The hotel is in a gorgeous location, right on the lake and within a 5 minutes walk from the ferry. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were so nice, welcoming and helpful in giving us tips on how to explore the area and Milan. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience! Hope to be back soon!

A wonderful very well-kept historic family-run small hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Ferry, restaurants and Villa Carlotta are in walking distance.

Very nice people at the front desk. However, after check-out, we were told that we could park in their lot for free while we spent the afternoon in Bellagio. We came back to Bellagio and they decided to change their policy by saying we had parked for too long (total time spent in Bellagio were 7 hours, including transport time). They decided, without my consent, to charge my credit card for $24.

Great property, with underground car parking, pool, air-con etc. Well placed with an easy walk to reasonably priced restaurants, and a short walk to either the passenger ferry around the lake or the passenger/car ferry to Bellagio (well worth the visit, but expect a food price hike). Tip: Don't forget your Italian plug adaptors (rooms do not have normal "European" sockets).

Excellent service & location, but overpriced
Excellent service, great location on the lake, underground parking. However, I think that, like everything on lake Como, it is a bit overpriced for what you get. For that price I would expect better breakfast, better shower, light-blocking blinds and better toiletries. To be clear, none of these are bad, just you would expect better for the price.
