“Smart modern hotel close to Como”
We wanted to stay near to Como but fancied a more modern (and reasonably priced) hotel. Cruise is just that - although sited on the edge of a retail park don't let that put you off. Food in hotel dining room excellent. You will need a car to explore the area or go into Como though.
“Hyper moderne !”
Hotel tout nouveau, tout confort. Tout ce qu'il y a de plus moderne (clef cartes à puce, baignoire hydromassage, écran plat...), et aménagement - décoration très moderne également (détail pour les luminaires !). Seuls bémols : personnel un peu inexpérimenté / peu motivé (sans grande conséquence); petit déjeuner limite ; localisation assez excentrée et surtout dans une zone peu valorisée (un supermarché en face !)
“A total surprise”
Although not easy to find being located at the rear of a retail park, but what a gem! A large very contemporary hotel with excellent parking facilities. Everything about Hotel Cruise is very spacious, modern and expensively fitted out without the high price tag you might expect. Restaurant food was exceptional and very personally served. Breakfast was what you'd normally expect which, taking into account the overall fantastic experience, was a little disappointing. Would definitely go back.
“As an interior designer I really appreciated the design and ambience of the hotel.”
Was really pleased with the whole hotel experience. What at first seemed too minimalist and cool in design soon became very relaxing and emitted a feeling of calm, especially in the evening when the lighting design really came into it's own. This hotel has been considered carefully from design to practicalities. The staff were coolish - with I think the language barrier, but bar staff very helpful. Breakfast could be better - more variety. But would certainly go back and recommend for visits to Como and any exhibitions at the Fiera. The shuttle bus was a godsend. If I Attend an exhibition again will certainly choose this hotel and wonder where else you might have hotels of the same group?
“Facile d'accès de l'autoroute mais pas en ville”
Tout neuf, peut-être l'hôtel le plus moderne dans les parages. Détail important, l'hôtel n'est pas à Côme donc ne pas espérer une vue sur le lac, ni une promenade romantique le soir...
“Un accueil agréable et une grande disponibilité”
Excellent établissement qui offre un bon confort. L'environnement de l'hôtel n'est pas très agréable, mais la prestation est de bonne qualité. Une étape à recommnader.

“Great hotel”
excellent hotel, new and immaculate,nice rooms, bathrooms and linnens good location to visit all the different lakes. Is like 5 km from Como so you do not have a view, is not a romantic gateaway but very practical when you have a car, they have free parking and easy access to the freeways. Excellent breakfast!

The hotel was great. The rooms are well planned, modern and clean. The breakfast was perfect and inner in the restaurant was good.

We spent 4 nights in Como and we have really enjoyed. No complaints. Service and infrastructure are very good. Modern design and great food in the restaurant.
