“Great Hotel, great location”
Centrally located Hotel, friendly staff, would highly recommend here

La literie et le mobilier de la chambre 225 decevant , ainsi que l insonorisation , nous aurions du demander autre chambre .
“Convenient location”
Staffs are friendly and kind, reception staff proved to be very helpful. The location is very close to Como Lago railway station, bus terminal and boat terminal. The breakfast consists of Coffee, tea & juice, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, bread, ham, cheese, cakes, pastries etc. The opposite of the hotel is a supermarket which sells food, very useful; however our rooms peace was disturbed every morning at 6am when the shop was replenished and rubbish nosily cleared. Being right in the centre of things there was a lot of evening noise some from music and to be expected excited chatty voices at a local outside restaurant. We prefer windows open in hot weather but hotel solved problems with giving us the air conditioner controller and with windows closed, slept well.
“All was fine”
Good location though a little difficult to find at first. Good breakfast. Hotel was perfectly acceptable and would happily stay again if in the area.
“convenience in como”
Stayed 5 nights on B&B, adequate breakfast, plenty of places to eat including a pizzeria at the hotel entrance, Very convenient for the town and lake without being noisy. Staff helpful & friendly but not much english. Would stay again.
“Lovely Hotel in the Old Town”
After a long hard drive from Basle via various mountain passes and an hour or so trying to find the hotel the car started to play up!(signs are wrong and we had forgotten to download a map!) so we parked in an overnight underground car park and called the hotel for help. They told us we were just 5 minute walk away but as wewer so tired they immediately despatched a taxi to collect us and our luggage! In th heart of the old town the Tre-Re lays back behind it's own gates (own car park had we found it!) just behind the central square that fronts the lake. Our Reception was warm, rooms comfortable and clean. The building itslef is very old with stunning stair cases and features behind a modern reception area. Unfortunately, we were meeting with a large group so we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant except for breakfast which was lovely!.
“Convenient location, good price”
This was just a one day stop on the way down to Monte Carlo from Germany. The Hotel is conveniently located near the lake shore and there are several cafe's right near by. The rooms are by no means elegant and the view was of a construction project. But the staff was helpful considering our late arrival, the room was clean and the private parking is always a plus in Italy. I can recommend it for a 1 or 2 night stay, but longer than that would not have been enjoyable.
“Just fine....”
The Hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Como, it's very clean and the staff very helpful. It is just extremely basic and rooms are small, for that price you would really expect something more (a view? some nicer shower gel?), but I guess it is Como in general that is a very expensive place to stay
